The pool and steam room (which we had to ourselves) were an added bonus and food and drinks in the pub (the Dog and Gun) next door were excellent. The views across the hills are great and this a brilliant location to explore Bronte country. It is only a few minutes away from Oxenhope station where you can take the steam train. There was a large bathroom with a big bathtub which was nice. The location was great, right at the bottom of the main street. Breakfast was delicious and the decor of the place was really nice. We arrived early and asked to store our bags but our room was already ready so we got right in, they also kept our luggage after checkout so we could go and enjoy our day. It had everything we needed and is in an excellent location. It is seconds away from Main Street and the Brontë Parsonage and ideally situated for lots of walks, including Penistone Hill Country Park and Top Withins.
