We ate in the White Lion and Old Howarth Hall, both places very good. Haworth is very easy to get round, although getting back up the main street could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. A trip on the railway is recommended as you go through the station where The Railway Children was filmed. A lovely quaint little village, well worth a visit.

Quaint village, friendly people, interesting history, the full Brontë! Lots to do, follow in Heathcliff’s footsteps across the Moors, sit by the waterfall, walk the Brontë Way, visit the Parsonage, the Church, and take a ride on the steam train. Eat some Cheese ‘n Onion pie and mushy peas in The Fleece Inn.

Haworth village was a short drive away from the property and we spent a morning visiting it. It was a lovely little quaint village with some incredibly friendly people. We visited in the week following the race riots across the country and were slightly concerned about tensions being heightened, but all the people we encountered in the village were very exceptionally friendly. The place offers some lovely independent shops and cafes with a great selection of gifts and food.

Haworth is just the best place!
Haworth is just the best place! A main street with artisan shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and Central Park is so beautiful, really well maintained and so lovely to visit early in the morning when it's quiet and it's just you and the birds and squirrels.
For the best fish and chips you must visit The Golden Hind on Sun Street, delicious food cooked to order.

Howarth was lovely.
Howarth was lovely. All things Bronte are centred there, it's also on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway which is lovely for a ride and also loads to see from The Railway Children film.
There's a lovely bakery/cafe/coffee shop and numerous other shops. Some nice places to eat out too.
When we got to the fleece inn we were greeted with a friendly welcome and was treated like one of the locals the staff were very helpful and very polite and told of local places to visit while we were there and in future if we go back to Haworth which we will we will definitely use the fleece inn again
Another lovely break at The Old Registry set in the historic village of Haworth. Solid stone built building with cosy rooms and large ensuite bathrooms. The stay was made even better with the helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.
Breakfast was lovely, freshly made to order. There's a good choice.
Comfey beds, and lovely views. Great location for a few days in Haworth looking down the main street.
