The staff went over and above and were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a mixup when I arrived so I was upgraded and stayed in a beautiful suite. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and Mark, who works at the golf course, took me on a tour in the morning to see kangaroos! The pillows was so comfortable which is quite rare in hotels these days! That is a stunning walk to do along the beach. The salty sea dog is a Fantastic Café full of happy dogs and it absolutely made my morning .

The property had all the amenities that a person could ask for if you are traveling as a tourist. We were making our own breakfasts and picnic lunches on the road and having all three tools to do so was important for us

Great location at seaside and start of Great Ocean Road. Spacious and modern suite with beautiful view (don’t choose a pool view room!). Suite comes with a kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. I like it that they also provided all the basics such as washing powder, salt/pepper, tea. Close to amenities, walkable or free bicycle usage at the hotel.

Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs is Warrnambool’s icon for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was not so convenient to the main street but easily to the beach. Hot spring needs to pay separately, but it was nice.
