Brand spanking new property. Big balcony, table, chairs and a hammock . Outside wall mounted fan was a bonus. There’s a bar and an excellent coffee shop downstairs. Attentive staff and welcome drinks. Super cool aircon, comfy beds and quality pillows and linens. Quiet, comfortable and private parking . 3 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants.

The location is the best for views of the surrounding country-side and access to the archeological site which is a very short walk from the hotel. Staff were great at the front desk and spoke perfect English and Spanish. The small pools are a lot of fun and the food was very good. Service at the bar and restaurant were excellent and not pushy. We rented a cabana and it was beautiful. We only stayed one night as a transition from Caye Caulker to Tikal.

The grounds of the property are beautiful and the pool is nice. The restaurant on-site is good. Free coffee in the morning is nice. Staff are very friendly. Location is nice, close to a few things and a short drive into San Ignacio where there is more to do. Plenty of parking.

Restaurant was great. Menu was varied so we ate there all four days. Breakfast by the pool was relaxing followed by a swim. Staff were fast and efficient and accommodated any requests for menu substitutions. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful.
