Superb! Healthy, hot and cold food and great coffee. Much more than expected in quality and quantity. Beautifully presented on large wooden tray. China and good cutlery. Cloth napkins. Delivered and brought into room by friendly staff member exactly at time requested. Really an excellent idea to include such a magnificent start to the day in the cost of the room. The bathroom was stunning. A fireplace was a lovely cosy surprise

A property in decline with unmotivated staff pretty much sums it up. So much less pleasant than a visit a year and a half ago, didn’t even seem like the same place. I makes me regret the good recommendations I’ve made about this property after my first visit.

    I recently travelled from Queens to Niagara Falls with my family, using a combination of train and Uber. It was the first time my children experienced the falls, and we chose to explore the U.S. side. The trip was truly memorable — especially the Cave of the Winds, which turned out to be the highlight for me, my wife, and my kids. Being so close to the powerful water and feeling the mist was an incredible and thrilling experience. We also enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat ride and the spectacular overall view of the falls. I would highly recommend this trip to others, particularly families, as it offers a unique mix of adventure, natural beauty, and unforgettable moments.

    Wow, the Falls are absolutely amazing!

    Wow, the Falls are absolutely amazing! It wasn't very crowded for summer, and we had a wonderful time! Clifton Hill area was a bit crazy, but fun! The apartment itself was really quiet and nice.

    I love getting blasted by the waterfall mist (Maid of the Mist boat tour) literally blinded and couldn't keep my eyes open next to the Horseshoe falls. I love getting blasted by the waterfall currents (Cave of the Wind) and getting my entire body, cloths, socks, shoes, wet. I don't like waiting in the long lines when it's hot. Go during the weekdays, not the weekends. Light show and fireworks are kind of mediocre. You can save yourself some time and money if you do daytime events only (An hour waiting for mediocre light show and 5 minutes of fireworks... you decide if you want to pay & wait for that)

    Family enjoyed Clifton hill, Horn blower boat, Zip line, Power station night view, Skylon tower and Fireworks in front of Niagara falls. Views with Night lighting on Niagara was unbelievably beautiful.

    I was always told that you had to stay at Niagara Falls on...

    I was always told that you had to stay at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Well that is only if you desire to see the falls from your hotel room. Otherwise you can experience everything (except walking behind horseshoe falls) from the American side. I highly recommend a ride on the Maid of the Mist at least once in your life. long lines and crowded? Yes but it is worth doing once and you will not regret it!
