Copenhagen is a beautiful and incredibly walkable city.
Copenhagen is a beautiful and incredibly walkable city. I felt very safe throughout my entire visit. Many of the top attractions are easily accessible on foot, which made exploring the city enjoyable and stress-free. The Copenhagen Metro is also very straightforward and runs on time, making it easy to get around when needed. And the bakeries—absolutely top notch! Don’t miss out on trying a fresh cardamom bun; it's a must-have and one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend visiting!Guest review byPamelaCanada - 10.0

Historic buildings extremely interesting, nice architectural design of the town, close location to many potential places worth sightseeing. A little bit too poor availability of restaurants, in particular on weekends. Very unfortunate system of payment for parking lots in town, complicated in operation and not always working. Personally I was very displeased with necessity to install mobile apps.Guest review byMirosławPoland - 10.0

I've been to Roskilde for the festival every years since 1992 and also as a tourist off-festival. It's a cosy small Danish town with lots of restaurants and pubs + few sightseeing locations like the cathedral and the Viking museumGuest review byJimiGermany - 10.0
I traveled by train from Copenhagen to do a 3 day hike.
I traveled by train from Copenhagen to do a 3 day hike. Koge was such a pleasant surprise - gorgeous architecture, good little hotel close to the market square, lots of amenities (shops/restaurants). Took a bus from train station (get your bus and train tickets in a 7 Eleven) to furthest point to hike to Stevens Klimt. Had to return there that night to connect onto another train to Mons Island - amazing hiking spot! Koge is not a touristy town so really nice to see the Danes doing their market shopping on a saturday morning too. Great restaurants too.Guest review byBirgittaAustralia - 6.0
A city famous for its castle.
A city famous for its castle. Otherwise, classic countryside, from the point of view of gastronomy, nothing that would in any way stand out above the Danish standard. Bad taxi service, quite problematic for those who don't come by car.Guest review byJanCzech Republic - 10.0

It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.Guest review byMihályFinland - 6.0

Not much around. It's a shopping centre. There is greve strand (beach) nearby but we didn't go. 30 min drive to Copenhagen. The kebab in the shopping centre was quite good but not many other places to eat.Guest review byA_N_DroidUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The city has much to offer and it is a lot of fun.
The city has much to offer and it is a lot of fun. We were focusing on the museums and famous places like Mermaid monument and New Harbour. Carlsberg is worth visiting. The prices are high everywhere. Average museum visit 145-200 kr, food about 250 per person.Guest review byKaterynaUkraine - 10.0

Helsingør is a lovely town with beautiful medieval buildings, lots of nice shops, cafes and restaurants. It's by the sea, so has it's own beach, a large castle, museums, bike hire, a cultural centre and it's very quick and easy to go to Copenhagen by train, or to Helsingborg by ferry, or to visit some of the nearbypretty coastal villages by bus or train.Guest review byMalinUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Such a charming little city with so many historical sites!
Such a charming little city with so many historical sites! We were there for a little over 24 hours and could have done with 1 more day for sure. We visited the fjord, the harbor, the Viking Ship Museum, and took a short walk through the city center on the first evening. For the next half a day, we went to the Ragnarock museum (a must-visit), Roskilde Cathedral (another must-visit), and went on a stroll around the city center. I always check out the Indian food scene at a new place, and we went for lunch at Namaste Roskilde and they didn't disappoint! Overall, a great place for a weekend getaway (for people living close to Denmark).Guest review byBiswas
