- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 489 reviewsHey Folks, I’ll highly recommend this property to choose for your stay there’re a lot of reasons but I’ll tell you few of that. First there’s no Checkin process all online you’ll receive it on Booking.com messages. Is damm easy. There’s no network but you can high speed wifi of property and you can do the wifi calls. There’s three multiple shower and toilets and all always sparkling clean and shiny. Hot water heater also available in every shower areas. One of best thing I really like because I’m foodie, There’s fully quipped kitchen in all property so you can prepare your favourite meals at anytime. All staffs are really friendly helpful. After all my point of view is that, this property is way way batter than other five star property. Thanks for great hospitality. 🙏🏻 Dhanyvad 🇮🇳Guest review byDarpan_VIndia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 217 reviewsPeople from continental Europe can feel here like at home. No UK typical separated water taps for hot and cold water, but standard, one hand operated water taps - see pics. Water pressure at the shower also normal. Even the thermal-static water tap is used in the shower! Very comfortable. Excellent big windows, neighbors in decent distance, so no problem. Cottage is small, but the rooms layout is very clever, so you don't mind at all. Car parking for free in the cabin neighborhood. Wood burner if you feel cold and for the romantic atmosphere. You can also use electric heating. We enjoyed and loved the stay here and would definitely come again.Guest review byLubosCzech Republic
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,828 reviewsI've wanted to stay here for a couple of years now, and I finally got the chance during a trip with my brother. It was amazing. The view is amazing, the dinner and breakfast was lovely, the rooms clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge with a drink near the fireplace. A special thanks to Connel in the restaurant, who is an absolute asset to this hotel. They are very lucky to have him - he knows how to provide excellent service!Guest review byZaschaDenmark
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 478 reviewsThe atmosphere / vibe of the Inn, the location, the food, the staff, the amazing bar and restaurant out the back. Bonus - it was adults-only. Local musicians came and played for us on the Sunday night which really made our evening. The room was cozy, warm, the beds were really comfortable, and the views outside when you wake up of the mountains are incredible!Guest review byRebecca-leeAustralia
- From $517.10 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 621 reviewsThe location - view from the sitting room and decking was breathtaking, our son loved the hot tub outside on the decking area. Even though we had a self catering lodge we also used the hotels restaurant several times which served excellent food with stunning views of the loch - prices are reasonable - staff were extremely friendly and approachable.Guest review byWilliamThailand
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 586 reviewsElegant house in convenient location with mountain views, very spacious room and comfortable beds. Informal atmosphere, car parking space, also noticed drying room and bike store for walkers/cyclists. Good choice at breakfast. We also spotted an eagle out of the bedroom window on arrival! Pub/restaurants and shops in walking distance.Guest review byJanUnited Kingdom

Stunning scenery and an interesting visitor center although we would have liked more information about how the people lived here in times gone by and about the Glencoe massacre. There was also a clear lack of toilets for the number of people visiting and the gift shop was more expensive than others we've been too. A walk around nearby Bllaculish and the remains of the quarry also added a little interest to the area. The gift shop had a range of items from cards to childrens toys to souvenirs that seemed a little more reasonably priced.Guest review byFrancesIreland - 10.0
Superb.
Superb. Couldn't have asked for a lovelier accommodation-the view was spectacular, the facilities were amazing, place was cosy, comfortable with all creature comforts & carpark-just a few minutes walk away from waterfall, supermarket, river, etc. Wished we could have stayed longer. Fully recommend it!Guest review byKarenMalaysia - 10.0

We had a fantastic stay at Ballachulish House! The property is absolutely beautiful, and our rooms were charming and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake, ample privacy, and the convenience of parking and the well maintained kitchen. We especially loved the thoughtful and cute décor, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more special. Kinlochmore (aka Kinlochleven - the same place give or take a bridge), has an interesting industrial history as well as nestling in the footsteps of Ben Nevis and at the top end of Loch Leven. Watching others on the rapids of the River Leven was fun. Co-op was well stocked and good for lunches. Also a stopping point on the West Highland Way.Guest review byMarkUnited Kingdom - 8.0

I went in Glencoe to visit the Glenfinnian Viaduct, well known for Harry Potter's films. Obviously the trail was not in loneliness because is very famous but when I took a look around I noticed many path and trail that I could do and I was sorry to not stay more time over there. Highlans are Highlands an take a bit of time to travel around them.Guest review byMonicaItaly - 8.0

Glencoe has a very small downtown, but the real draw is the beautiful country side surrounding it which is absolutely stunning. We would recommend a visit to the Glencoe visitor center which has a nice cafe, shop and a movie room which is worth attending (20 minute video on Glencoe and its fascinating history) - a great primer for your subsequent explorations of the beautiful countryside.Guest review bySorayaUnited States - 8.0

Kinlochleven is a lovely picturesque little town situated on loch Leven. Being only a short distance from Glencoe, Fort William & Glen Finnan made this the perfect location for me to stay for a couple of nights.Guest review bySmith - 10.0

We found the restaurants such as Moss and the Lochleven Seafood Cafe of a very high standard, everything was close by and the pod accommodation was fun and so well designed for comfort. Even the lady at the petrol station was lovely and jokey. The breakfast at the craft centre was good value and excellent for gifts to take home. It was our first time at Ballachulish, but it wont be our last. Perfect for a weekend get away and ideally suited for longer stays too as the area is spectacular.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom
