This was a charming little place. It had been really thoughtfully furnished and finished. It's set in the most beautiful countryside and was an ideal overnight stop. We slept well and enjoyed how unique the property was.

The location was stunning. The flat was wonderful- very well kitted out. Spacious yet cosy with lots of character. The hosts were welcoming with freshly cut flowers and baked cupcakes upon arrival. Key collection very easy with hosts more than happy to assist with questions/ suggestions. Highly recommend.

1. Arrived early for check-in but the nice restaurant/beer garden was open and that made the wait so much better. 2. Unfortunately the rooms don't have refrigerators but that meant anytime you needed milk for tea - you can call front-desk and they brought it to you in seconds - it was a nice service. 3. Room Service - they do offer the ability to bring food to the room. 4. recommend the suites because they have a sunset view. 5. On-site restaurants - the pub and Vu restaurant have the same food but lovely experiences and high quality food. 6. Joe provided great service

The buildings are beautiful & I loved its history. I stayed with my dog who was made very welcome. The grounds and perfect for dog walking as well as very peaceful. The room was spotlessly clean, tasteful furniture for the period of the property & extremely comfortable bed. Food was delicious too & beautifully prepared. I would struggle to find any fault with this hotel!

Property was exceptional, staff were all extremely polite from the get go and were willing to help with any problem, from finding buttons on the Hot Tub to cutting a pesky tag from my suit when no scissors could be found. I was extremely impressed throughout. Room was lovely and spacious with an exceptional range of complimentary beverages and snacks available. Spa facilities were luxurious as well with the most amazing view and breakfast was also a delight!

We booked Kitts cottage because it was near Malvern flower show. We haven’t visited this part of the country and didn’t know what to expect. It was picturesque with lots of places to walk. The views were stunning. We only stayed so we could visit the flower show but wished we had booked to stay longer as so much to see and do. If you are a keen walker you will absolutely love the walks. We plan to return later in the year to do much more exploring.

The local hamlets, villages, towns were all beautiful to amble around. We visited the town of Upton upon Severn and Ledbury. Both historic and we visited the Ledbury museum. It was well laid out and very interesting. We enjoyed Sunday roast at the Anchor Inn, very friendly service and delicious food. Dog friendly. The Bothy was closer to Cradley which made a lovely destination to walk to with the dog across country. Bring good walking boots/shoes if you intend to walk or wellies if the weather is unsettled.

A fabulous place to stay in the beautiful countryside.

A fabulous place to stay in the beautiful countryside. Helped by glorious weather to eat the most incredible breakfasts and dinner outside and sit out under the stars at night . Beautiful . The place is obviously compact but contains everything and more you can think off. The WiFi is not consistent but it’s part of that get away feeling to not be constantly glued to your phone! Plenty of friendly animals to entertain and just ‘being’.. I recommended taking the menu options - would have loved to have worked my way through the rest ! The delivery of hot tasty food ina hamper is just divine and adds to the adventure. A perfect indoor outdoor camping with luxuries experience great for the mind body and soul . Thank you!

Good location for walking Malvern Hills but need a car to get to the carparks. Found it difficult to get a pub meal on Saturday afternoon - nowhere opened until 6pm. Nice walk by the river at Upton on Severn.

A great looking property that is completely let down by the facilities. The foam matrasses are old, lumpy, dirty and some are very uncomfortable. There is a serious lack of kitchen equipment, cleaning products and fridge space and an old half working hob. All in all, not good enough to cater to 12 guests and well below expected quality for the price. The towel rails were hardly on, some bedrooms were cold with no way to alter the temperature and the hot tub was cold by the last two days despite the promise of regular visits to check it is functioning. A complete lack of any instructions on how anything works was maybe to blame.

Hills are wonderful for views of the area and the wells give out wonderful tasting spring water - free to help yourself to. Town is busy but everything you need is there. Good parking at Waitrose too. Close to the Three Counties Showground for events there. Walkable if you have the energy.

The town of Malvern is busy in the centre but plenty of restaurants and theatres if you wish. There are plenty of things to do in the area and lovely walks with stunning views. The Morgan factory is in the town and well worth a visit (book prior to arrival). We also visited Spetchley Park Gardens, Croombe house and gardens and Eastnor Castle which are all well worth a visit.
