The Hotel was such a pleasant surprise . It is a very charming boutique hotel right in the city center . We stayed in a superior queen room which was spacious and nicely decorated . The staff was amazing and we loved the breakfast . I would highly recommend it .

the River Suite was fantastic - lovely large space with sitting area, dining table, spacious bathroom and large bathtub next to the bed. not bed and bath have spectacular views of the river. It was our anniversary and they left a bottle of bubbly and a personal note outside our door - very thoughtful.

Lovely location, very family friendly. We stayed at the 3-bedroom apartment, it was perfect for our family of 7. The place was clean and there were lots of games available. The garden had lots of places to sit and our children really enjoyed all the outdoor toys. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay at the Erve Hulsbeek. The location is amazing, the hotel room spotless and at restaurant great food. The best of all and unique is that Dogs are allowed at the restaurant and also at breakfast. We came with our miniature poodle Simba and not only was he welcomed in the hotel room with its own blanket and cookies, but he was very happy to be able to go with us to the breakfast area and we love the experience as well. The owner and his family are so friendly and welcoming, we are already planning our next stay. Everyone with a dog, we can only recommend you to try Erve Hulsbeek, you will have a great time. Greetings Maria, Romano and Simba 🐾

    What a pleasure to stay here for a few days! Everything is perfect. The service is very attentive and friendly, the food is truly top-class (both breakfast and dinner), and the estate with its included wellness and fitness facilities is well-maintained and accessible. The room wasn’t very spacious and could use an upgrade, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The surroundings are stunning, with a Tuscany vibe, perfect for walking, running, and cycling. Not the cheapest place to stay, but definitely affordable. So Landgoed De Wilmersberg is highly recommended!

    Though I only stayed one night it was very nice. It was right in the center, easy to find, and a short walk to the center. The amenities were great. Very spacious rooms with everything you need. Had a room with a balcony which was great for views and to sit outside when the weather was good. I would recommend to everyone and would definitely stay again if in the area.

    The city center "Oude Markt" is cosy with many bars and restaurants with food from almost all over the world. We found a Dutch restaurant that we highly recommend. "De Ouwe Compagnie" at Waalstraat 39 and a French-inspired one called "Bardot" at Langestraat 47c.

    Zwolle is a safe, lovely city, yet - there are good shopping possibilities. Many green areas, general cleanliness, not too much graffiti or stickers (compared to larger cities like Rotterdam). The cherry on top of the cake is a lovely cat café (where you can order a delicious cake and pet a cute cat).

    Lovely town and very relaxing lovely for a short break, very easy to get there from the airport. I think the train is the best and easiest option. Beautiful cheese shop in central of the town amazing restaurants my favourite was Da Mario Logo or sandwich bar for lunch lovely staff and very friendly they were all nice. The sweet shop was a bit over priced. Beautiful little shops eg. With antiques. You can rent a very nice and comfortable bicycles. I enjoyed staying in the Finch hotel but everyone have different preferences.

    Wonderful location on the edge of Giethoorn, providing parking and the opportunity to walk into the centre of Giethoorn with ease. We loved walking from one end to the other but you could easily cycle or take the car around the outside. Plenty of eating opportunities from ice creams through to a three course meal. While it was busy during the day (in August) it was delightful before 10am and after 6pm. When busy it was fabulous for people watching.

    I come from Hengelo so I know the town. Hotel is very close to train and bus station- very good location. Close to the library as well. A variety of cafe's, pub and restaurant in walking distance (5 min). De Twee Wezen is a great place for lunch or dinner. Albert Heyn (supermarket) also close by (10 min). Parking garage is opposite the hotel (although you do have to pay for it yourself, is not included. E10 for 24 hours parking, can be arranged at the hotel which was practical.

    We stayed in Kampen whilst visiting Wildeberg festival in Kraggenburg, the town itself is very lovely, and the train station is easily accessible to get to Zwolle which is a town we visited for the day! If you have bike/car Kampen is easy to get around, also the buses are very regular and good for jumping on and off :)

    Enschede is a pleasant medium-sized city - you'll get to know the centre within a day. There's a pedestrian area, Saturday markets and plenty of places to go for a beer or a bite to eat. We also had a pleasant cultural experience as the town's 700 year celebrations are taking place in 2025.

    Zwolle is my favourite town in the Netherlands, full of life, bars and nice buildings. Everything is in a walking distance. You can find lots of restaurants, pubs or just buy something in a supermarket and chill along the river. It's really worth a visit!
