First of all, the hotel is a new one that has recently been renovated. Naturally, the comfort level at the hotel is top notch. With its high ceilings, quality products and cleanliness, it's a 10/10 hotel. If you're going to make a reservation, I definitely recommend booking with breakfast included because the breakfast is very varied and definitely exceeds expectations. What surprised me most was the hotel's location. It is a 10-second walk from St. Stephen's Basilica. It is also a 2-3 minute walk from the Vorosmarty Ter metro station, Budapest's main transit hub. Naturally, you can reach any destination you desire within half an hour of leaving the hotel. There are many facilities you can take advantage of in the surrounding area, and I would say it is a tourist hotspot. Despite being so central and crowded, the double-glazed windows mean you are not disturbed by any noise. You can ask the friendly staff, who are on duty 24 hours a day, about anything you want at any time. If I go to Budapest again, this will be the first hotel I choose, 100%.

We are a couple from Noway that stayed from thu-mon. Very nice hotel. Must be a pretty new hotell. Very good breakfast. Location is good and central close to the Opera wich is nice to use as a reference point. Metro to Széchenyi bath is close. Just use the opera station. Not far to walk down to city centre. Or use a kickbike. If we go back to Budapest we would probably use this hotel again.

We really enjoyed the whole hotel building, its cleanliness and communication skills and approach by the employees at the reception and in the hotel restaurant. Great variety of food. The whole stay in the hotel and inside pools with warm water were simply great! We will definitely return back soon :-)

This was my first time in Budapest despite living in Europe pretty much all my life and seeing nearly all of Europe. I have never seen a prettier, cultured yet unassuming city like Budapest! It’s so rich in culture, clean. I wish I stayed there longer. Definitely recommend and will go again!

Belgrade is an absolutely incredible city with so much to...

Belgrade is an absolutely incredible city with so much to see, experience, and explore. We stayed for just over a week, and it still didn't feel like nearly enough time. I could have easily spent another two weeks there and still found new things to do and places to discover. There is such an amazing mix of history, culture, food, nightlife, architecture, and everyday city life. You can spend hours wandering through different neighbourhoods, exploring historic sites, sitting in cafés, walking along the rivers, or simply stumbling across places you hadn't planned to visit. One thing that really stood out was just how international the city is. There were tourists from so many different countries and parts of the world everywhere we went, and English is very widely spoken, making Belgrade incredibly accessible for international visitors. What I loved most is that Belgrade feels alive. It isn't a city you visit just to check attractions off a list. It's somewhere you actually want to spend time, wander around, eat, explore, and experience. Just over a week wasn't enough, and I would come back in a heartbeat.

A stunning city with so much rich heritage and culture to explore, not only within the city itself, but within close reach and even extended distances from the city. There's so much we didn't do or explore that we want to come and do sometime soon! We ate at places recommended by locals, a friend in the city as well as the owners of the Pension we stayed in. These recommendations couldn't have been more right, from Cafe Blaas to Das Oberhaus, to Julis Spätzle. Wherever we went, we got a different flavour and taste of the area and city, as well as even different views!! The Old Town is easily walkable, although it is cobbled so that's a fact to bear in mind. It also ascends and descends, so may not be appropriate for everybody. Beyond that, there are easy places to park should you need to, and the public transport system seemed to run at a decent rate (although we never tried it out!).

Novi Sad seems to be getting worse.

Novi Sad seems to be getting worse. Over congested and no town planning is clearly obvious. Not a very clean city and food has rreally gone downhill. It is a shame that the town councillors have lost pride in this once beautiful city and historic buildings. Hotel Pupin is the place to go eat and Promenade shopping centre is the place to go to for all your food and other shopping. a couple of days and 4 being more than enough in the city.

Krems is an enchanting old Baroque town on the Danube with gorgeous architecture, a fascinating history from the Medieval through the Baroque to today. Fabulous and quirky museum encompassing the thousand years of the town's history, beautiful churches and charming cafes, restaurants and beer houses. The Wachau valley is Austria's main wine-producing area and its wines are superb. It's also famous for its apricots so there are plenty of schnapps, nectar and desserts featuring them. Sadly we couldn't do a boat cruise as the Danube was very low, but visits to the spectacular Medieval/Baroque Abbey of Melk, and nearby Durntein, famous for its bell-tower and ruins of the castle where Richard the Lionheart was imprisoned by ths Duke of Austria and rescued by his minstrel Blondel All in all a fascinating, enchanting and spectacular region to visit

Great place for cycling!

Great place for cycling! There are great shops, Tulln has great atmosphere, with great places. But be careful, restaurants are open usually just for lunch to 2pm and later for dinner. But on Monday and Tuesday is a lot of restaurants close unfortunately. There is big difference between places, some restaurants are very bad other great, you must carefully choose.

Ruse is a charming little city, at least the city center.

Ruse is a charming little city, at least the city center. I have visited several times and it is close to me, I live in Bucharest, Romania. I recommend the Elias Canetti square if you are interested in literature. Also recommend the restaurants Chiflika, Hacienda, Happy Bar & Grill and La Terrasa. The latter with a great view over the river. Close by is the old monastery built in a rock in Ivanovo, 26 km away. Ruse recommended for a 2-3 days stay. Note that now, August -26, the BGN is almost gone. All ATMs give Euros, but one can still pay with BGN in many places.
