went to this city after 11 years and particularly the hotel made my eyes wide open...it was a very good experience

Location was ideal. Stuff was very helpful specially Vicky at the reception. Room was very good size and nicely decorated. Great breakfast , big variety.

Excellent hotel. Appeared to be under renovation or upgrades. Was able to store my luggage before and after my stay at no extra charge. Included breakfast with my rare and it was a very good buffet. 2 blocks from Metro and staff were very helpful with explaining how to get there.

I was there during the black out and the staff was amazing, so nice, so gentle, so helping, so supporting. hat s off.

Incredible place with outstanding facilities and views. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and very diverse and amazing food !!! PS: We had a heat wave with temperatures of 42° C but the AC was in perfect condition and kept us nice and cool everywhere.

A new, modern hotel. I like its size — you’ll definitely find your own private space. Amazing city views from the rooftop lounge. Stunning landscaping and greenery — lots of green spaces! It feels really fresh and relaxing. I liked the small backyard garden near the outdoor stairs — it's small but very cozy. The staff were very helpful — they handled all our requests promptly and properly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, bars, a big store, a club, etc. Breakfast was first-class — you’ll find everything you want and need.

The staff was so nice. Especially the three Front Desk I have met. The guy in morning shift clearly meet our expectations; making our check-in smoothly. The afternoon shift, the girl is impressive as well. Always anticipating what we need. And lastly, the night shift guy; always there to help us. Thank you. I appreciate such kindness and professionalism. Shout out also to the young man in the morning shift who's in charge of cleaning the rooms; even though he doesn't speak English, still, he managed to help us with our requests. Thank you so much.

The Hotel was modern decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They provided recommendations to explore the city, help in saving our luggage and take the time to make us feel good.
