This property was not clean at all. Upon checking into my room my room smelled like a wet dirty rag. Already off to a bad start. Then as we start unpacking I find a pincher bug crawling up my wall so unsanitary & very disturbing to see. The worst part of it all, when I go to check my bed I find a blood stain in my sheets. I was blown away that house keeping would even fold a blanket over something so disgusting to begin with. Luckily, I did find a very sweet house keeping lady that was able to switch out my sheets and apologize for the inconvenience but to be honest this left a nasty taste in my mouth with your hotel which is a shame because I convinced my whole family for us all to book rooms here. We booked out 4 rooms for 4 days. I have stayed at Harrahs a few times with no issues so to see this was extremely disappointing and honestly sad because I’m not certain if I will book with you all again. Lastly, I called in to customer service to request a Keurig for my room, as we had coffee pods available for us. Upon speaking with the rep she told me I couldn’t not receive one upon request for my room as the 11th floor doesn’t qualify for one. I was very upset about this because the rest of my family had one in their rooms and yet I couldn’t request one, made no sense as to why if I even had pods in my room for this exact reason. I even told the customer service rep I would pay an additional charge if that was necessary. The rep stated she was going to call management and get back with me, of course I never received a call back as she didn’t want to assist to begin with. So sadly I had to go back and forth between rooms just to use this amenity. So for short, I’m sorry Harrahs but this trip was extremely unsanitary, extremely unprofessional and definitely not worth the price I paid.
