We liked that this hotel had a pool. Unfortunately it opened really late in the day and we still weren't able to use it which was unfortunate because that's why we chose this hotel. It was expensive and disappointing. The rugs in the hallways and in the rooms were dirty and stained. It wasn't nice at all.

The breakfast wasn't really breakfast. Cereal, milk, yogurt, a few boiled eggs. We still had to leave and find some where else to eat. Not good at all.

We stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton at 12107 Regency Village Drive, Orlando, FL, and were extremely disappointed by the lack of basic hospitality — especially during what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day. We checked in on Friday, and by Sunday — our anniversary — the room had not been cleaned. By 5 PM, it was still untouched. When we approached the front desk, we were told housekeeping had gone for the day and there was nothing they could do.Also that they had high volume of check outs and they would try to reach the housekeeping supervisor to see what they can do. The only “solution” offered was handing us towels and sheets — to change ourselves — on our anniversary. To make matters worse, we were told a supervisor would speak with us at checkout on Monday. Which makes no sense. All we wanted was a good experience, not a free stay . After being very insistent and persistent, the manager told us they may clean the room. They eventually changed the sheet and gave towels and emptied the garbage. The agent told us she received many complaints about this same issue. This is far below the Hilton standard. Guests should never be left to clean their own room, especially not during a milestone celebration. We expected better. Our experience felt more like a budget motel than a reputable Hilton brand. I would never recommend this place.

Very run down, neglected. Mold around shower, smells of mildew. Carpet nasty. This place really needs some major TLC.
