No one should hesitate to at least book here for one night. Yes! It's expensive but it's really the only option in Teide National Park that is located on the perfect spot. For any type of activity. I payed 150 euros for room 101. The best room you can get! The views are spectacular! You get sunset on Las Rocas de García and sunrise on the Teide volcano. Wifi is good! Dinner options are great. Breakfast in my room was ok. Check with the reception for healthy options when you order breakfast. If not you get mostly carbs and stuff I don't like to eat for breakfast. This confusion has to do with an application that helps you order certain services. Room facilities are definitely 4 stars! Decent bed. Old fashioned style which I liked, as it is part of the type of hotel. A Parador is a historic building. I like how it's still nostalgic instead of super modern. Staff is friendly and professional. The lounge areas are super comfortable and transmit a relaxing atmosphere. By the end of October, bring winter outfits if you want to check out the incredible nights outside. It was 6 degrees Celsius and windy when I watched the different constellations. I'll be back!

The property was great. Very welcoming staff. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, but they still reserved a table for us. The room was stunning. High ceilings, antique furnishings, and extremely comfortable bedding and mattress.

The property manager, Jose Emmanuel, was delightful to work with in every way. He was friendly, helped us make reservations for Mt Tiede and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The location was great for walking around the historical area and parking was fairly easy. Also, the breakfasts were fabulous!

This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

Very clean rooms, personel is great and very helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good quality and diverse. Location is a little bit uphill but they provide free shuttle bus to the city centre. Hotel is near the Taoro parque which is really nice.
