Beautiful location and extremely friendly and helpful stay. Lovely stay and they even went above and beyond for a birthday while we were there!

The shuttle was very convenient, and played a large part in why we chose to stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely nice from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the guy who serves breakfast! As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted outside with umbrellas (since it was raining) and the receptionist Geovani helped carry all bags inside.

We were welcomed by Angela and made to feel right at home. We had a room out the front which was perfect and not noisy at all. Wifi speed was great. Simona was the best host, she is so warm, welcoming and kind and nothing was a bother for her. She gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and attractions and helped arrange our airport transfer without any problem. We stayed in the Blue Room, which had an amazing sea view. The room was always fresh, clean and spotless when we returned back to the room from being out for the day. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the centre of Sorrento. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Simona for making out trip to Sorrento so wonderful – hopefully we can return again!

First of all, Antonino is the best host ever. He will go out of his way to make your stay as convenient and as pleasant as possible. We got the suite with the large balcony. The room was spotless and had the fastest internet ever (1gb, even better than what we had at home in San Francisco)!! Would highly recommend Al Parco Primavera!!
