The dinner was incredible! They brought it to our room and had an English menu to explain what the different food items were. The onsen was also very nice and we also enjoyed having drinks in the rooftop bar area! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean room, comfortable and spacious, with so many amenities. The staff was terrific! So helpful and kind. We loved all of our meals - they were delicious, plentiful, and creative.

The staff are so kind! The woman at the front desk who is fluent in English explained everything there is to see at Miyajima, providing details like how long it will take to reach each attraction, when the tides change, what to see at night, even nearby restaurant recommendations. She made our stay that much more comfortable. I loved our room as well, though a bit noisy during the day given that it faces the street, it was very clean with a roomy washroom and wood tub - very relaxing to come back to. I wish we could have stayed longer! The location is also very convenient located on Miyajima Omotesando
