From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by such a welcoming host and the place smelt amazing like we had come to a spa. Beautiful decor with such attention to detail. Bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. En-suite was nice and spacious. Great location to the high street and beach. Parked car at the train station so not too far to walk maybe 5 minutes. Breakfast was lovely where we felt it was very personal. Lots of stairs to our room but this was no bother to us it made the hotel feel more unique. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Leam Hotel was shabby, with chipped paint and a mishmash of furnishings. The place looked as if it needed refit and redecoration.
It seemed as if some decoration and already been undertaken, with a faint smell of paint in some areas, but much was needed.
The staff we contacted with were friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was OK, but didn't reach what was mentioned on the Website

worth visiting Weymouth, there is plenty things for family and kids. The beaches are lovely and have two distinguished sections pebbles and one with golden sand. beautiful views, walks and things to do as adults and for kids. Portland isn't far so one day spent there and had an amazing wood fired pizza which was we saw enroute someone selling from Pizza catering van.

The beach and harbour area lovely, the town not so nice.
The beach and harbour area lovely, the town not so nice. Too many teenage drunks and drug abusers on the streets at night. Very loud and noisy. It has good bus links to others places of interest. Most accommodation is b and b only so restaurants, cafes and bars overcrowded in evenings. More suitable for young families who like fairgrounds and amusement arcades.

Weymouth is glorious specially if you like seafood. Superb restaurants, Catch being the reason for my trip, so book a few days to try them all. Harbour & coastal cruises weather permitting offered too. The beach is clean, the water too, rare in many places.
The people are friendly & very welcoming. A good place to breathe in fresh air & relax.

There are many attractions close by.
There are many attractions close by. Parking is a problem in the town centre. It is best to choose accommodation with off street parking. Lodmoor with its park and attractions is excellent and great for dog owners. The town is family friendly with many entertainments.

Weymouth holds a special place in my heart as my Mum’s family all come from there and I spent a lot of my school holidays there. It has of course changed quite a lot but the beach is still fabulous for children and if you are happy to drive further afield there is Sandsfoot Cove which is a bit quieter than the main beach, and Portland with it’s exciting lighthouse to visit at the Bill. Abbotsbury Swannery is brilliant - beautiful and educational all at once and Monkey World just along the way is much fun. You can’t go wrong having a break in Weymouth.

We love Weymouth our travel time is about 90min away but we love to stay there when we can as there is so much to do. The beach is always clean and the dogs are allowed on a specific partof the beach in the summer. Good places to eat and fabulous old pubs to find out of town. The boot is a special little gem. The nightlife is good as there is always live music in the pubs. The harbour is a magical place to sit with a coffee or a beer and watch the bridge going up to let the boats go under. Also good shopping centre, a little run down in places but on the whole plenty of good cafes.
All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty with a good selection to choose from. The food was freshly cooked and always topped up when running low on anything.
The bedroom was really clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. The bar area is relaxing and comfortable and the bar staff so helpful and friendly. The hotel location is excellent within walking distance to Weymouth seafront. We are returning again later on in the year with our family.
Nice, welcoming and helpful staff. Convenient location, close to the train station, in front of Weymouth Beach, and 10 min walking from the Old harbour where most of the cafes and restaurants are. The room was spacious, bright and clean, the bed comfortable, if you like firm mattresses. Breakfast was good and abundant, served in a nice and bright lounge area facing the seaside, and we were offered a lot of different buffet and cooked on demand options.
This hotel is situated in an amazing location, right in the middle of Weymouth and opposite the beach. The staff are fabulous and made us feel so welcome.
The room was perfect with comfortable beds, a really great shower and a fantastic view
We spent time in the lounge area during the evening playing games (there are loads to choose from) and the team were so friendly.
Thank you so much
Breakfast was nice but had to fill in a form which was very poorly written. Only one piece of bacon, one sausage, one egg, one tomato! Not a very hearty breakfast.
Spent ages trying to find parking and ended up miles away dragging bags back to the hotel. Only after I had booked did it tell me parking was fully booked and I looked specifically for somewhere with parking.
On arrival we had a warm welcome from Chris and Jackie, Our room was amazing, it was actually much better than the pictures online and with the bonus of a roof terrace.
Breakfast was fantastic lots of choice and served very quickly,
The whole place is immaculately clean, great location with parking on-site.
What a Fantastic place to stay whilst visiting Weymouth.
Location amazing, just ran out of the sea and across the road into hot shower. Brilliant. Staff fabulous and very helpful. Some rooms a little tired. But hotel is refurbishing. Better breakfast elsewhere in town. Limited parking for disabled outside. Weymouth is so historic. Would recommend a visit.
Our whole stay was absolutely amazing, our first time in Weymouth and our host was very welcoming, the breakfast was 10/10 and our room was clean, comfortable and even had netflix available, with some board games available in the guest room - couldn't ask for more
This Hotel provides excellent breakfasts, cooked to order.
The sea view from the room was superb.
Parking charges in Weymouth are prohibitive, but it is possible to park outside the Hotel overnight without charge.
The owner, Sue is very friendly and helpful.
The fairhaven hotel is in an excellent location for bars and cafe and right on the sea front. For us as a disabled couple the provision of a lift (very rare in Weymouth) made it perfect.Comfortable and clean with a small bar as well made it perfect.
Very friendly B&B would definitely recommend a stay here. Food and service second to none. Great location with parking on site and rooms very clean and well maintained with a local pub on its door step. Great location 3 miles outside of weymouth.
Lovely clean hotel...very nice and polite staff especially front of house...loads of tea and coffee in the room..bonus ....great breakfast great food...beds comfortable...and it's quiet...
A lovely B&B in a beatiful family home just outside of Weymouth. Great location and very nice and clean facilities. Great breatfast and made to feel at home.
