The breakfast was excellent. Great selection of different foods. The staff were both efficient and extremely helpful. We travelled to attend a concert at the AFAS arena so the location of the hotel was perfect. The proximity to the local train station was also very good.

    It’s a beautiful city, with different unique attractions. It’s easy getting around with the train or bolt. Though I would avoid the city cabs if I visit again as they were costly! Food is really nice and affordable, try the stropwaffles!

    There is so much to do in Amsterdam for everyone.

    There is so much to do in Amsterdam for everyone. The transport system is fantastic. The trams run every few minutes all around the city and canal boats are a must to see the lovely scenery. Our favourite restaurant was Majestic, great food and service.

    A beautiful place for adventure, fun. Good food, excitement and culture. We were lucky that we had lovely weather, managed to have brunch by the canals, checked out the Artis Zoo, micro biology centre and the planetarium with the kids after cycling all over Amsterdam. Checked out the 🚨district too. It was fun! (Without the kids!) Stayed at a hotel which was 15mins cycle from the centre and the area where I stayed felt like convent garden. Was very nice, everything was quite expensive though however, we had a wonderful time and I’d do it all over again

    I love amsterdam it's one of my favourite cities. Great bars and restaurants and always something new to enjoy. My favourite thing is to cycle around the centre early on a Sunday morning when the city is quiet. I've rented a bike in Amsterdam for over 12 years. I would recommend this it changes the whole experience of the city.

    Amsterdam is a city built on water. The city is quite walkable, and there are plenty of open spaces and parks to take a break from the city crowds. You have to cross bridges all the time, and it's a beautiful view. I loved walking from the KIT Mauritskade to Dam Square, which is approximately a 30-minute walk. If you have multiple days, you can choose to reach the same destination by using different ways (such as riverside walks or trying public transportation). I also recommend a 1-2 hour guided canal cruise as a must-do thing in Amsterdam, as you'll see the various aspects of Amsterdam life. There are great restaurants all across the city - though most are a bit on the expensive side compared to other European cities. But I felt like Amsterdam is good for clothes shopping.
