24 hour reception and great welcome when I arrived in the early hours of the morning. The night manager was very helpful when I realised I had forgotten my European charger adapter. Late checkout which was very welcome and a good breakfast included in the cost.

Facing the Tagus River and built on seven hills, charming Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in the world. It offers unique tram rides, intimate Fado performances, great dining venues and much more.
The city is famous for its districts: the Belém's famous monuments; the Alfama's labyrinthine streets, bars and small shops; and the trendy Alcântara's docks. Lisbon’s most popular nightlife and shopping venues are located in Bairro Alto, while the traditional heart of the city beats rhythmically in the Baixa.
Enjoy a walk in the greenery of Jardim Botânico, admire the architecture of the Jerónimos Monastery or explore Feira da Ladra flea market. The Chiado area serves the city's best traditional Portuguese food. No meal is complete without some famous pastéis de nata!
Getting to the city centre is only a metro or bus ride from Lisbon Portela Airport. Whether you want a luxury hotel, a friendly guesthouse or a cosy apartment, Booking.com has plenty of accommodations for your holiday in Lisbon.

Vast city, plenty going on, great experience but make sure to use the zebra/pedestrian crossings. Take good walking shoes, very hilly and some areas of the pavements are like glass underneath & that's when dry.

Very unsatisfied with the advertisement for a HOTEL called "RA PARAISO " that don't even exist, Town people never heard of this HOTEL and address I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Going to the OLD part of Lisbon was very interesting and very historical. Walk on the stone pavement up and down the hills. Castle of ST Jorge very interesting and lots of history and beautiful view of the whole Lisbon. They had beautiful peacocks and baby peacock with beautiful colors in the Castle of St Jorge. We visited the favorite place call PASTEIS DE BELEM desde 1837. I would recommend to go there and enjoy this wonderful warm delicate "pasteis". In the evening we went to this wonderful restaurant we had a dish called "Arroz de Marisco" its a mix of different fish with rice. They had singers that sang FADO. Went to Museum de FADO in Alfama Lisbon it all started with the famous FADO singer Amalia Rodrigues known as "Queen of FADO" popular worldwide.
Taking a bus get a card where you can recharge and use FLIXbus to go to Lisbon buy ticket online ahead of time is well worth it.

A great city to explore, eat and drink.
A great city to explore, eat and drink. Bars are cheap and the every warm night is a party in the streets. The locals are very friendly and the city generally has a lot of tourists so most people speak English or Spanish which was helpful. Lots of shopping and sure seeing too. 3 days is perfect for exploring the city, beaches and going out to Sintra for some muesums and historical sites.

Getting around Lisbon was a breeze as the city is well-...
Getting around Lisbon was a breeze as the city is well-served by different transportation modes - metro, bus, tram, ferry, and even rented electric scooters. The nightlife is also amazing - there are still many restaurants and bars open for business after dinnertime, so there is literally something for you to do at any time of the day. Tipping is not mandatory at the restaurants in Lisbon, but the warm hospitality and excellent customer service would compel you to give a small tip to compliment the waiters for their service. My personal favorite districts in Lisbon are Rossio and Baixa-Chiado. One of the places where I ate was the Time Out Market in Lisbon, with many great seafood and meat options with different alcoholic beverages to go with it. I would avoid the shopping malls as there is nothing special about them.

I loved the food and historic buildings and sculptures.
I loved the food and historic buildings and sculptures. Tram 28 was an exciting ride thru the city at sunrise. Prices were quite reasonable.
I found Lisbon rather dirty with a strong urine odor in many areas. The steep roads made walking unpleasant. Graffiti was common and beautiful murals defaced. Many of the historic buildings were sadly in need of renovation.
Browns boutique hotel had everything and more, the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon and all the entertainment around the local area, The room had all the facilities you would need including fridge, coffee and tea making and a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff were excellent and accommodating of any request made. The breakfast was easily the best we have had over the last 5 hotels that we stayed in during our 3 week trip. We would highly recommend the hotel and will look to book again when visiting Lisbon again
Unbeknownst to us we arrived to Lisbon the same days when the Pope and over 1 million people descended on the city, and the staff of the hotel were extremely helpful in showing us how to navigate the city the best way possible.
It helped that the hotel is centrally located to the main places of interest, allowing us to experience this beautiful city.
The hotel is impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable , and the pastels de nata at the reception are a “sweet bite” for every time you cross the lobby!
Everything… From being picked up from the airport in a Tesla (pipedream to own one of these) to the fantastic service we received by every person along the way cannot recommend this place enough. They even went above and beyond when we thought Lisbon was about to be locked down due to covid (it ended up being fine). The place itself is fantastic and the food is great too. Highly recommend the breakfast. My partner and I travel a lot and this is one of the best 4 star hotels we have ever stayed in.
This was an excellent experience. Within a 5 min walk of the airport. Hotel bus leaves every 15 min. Super helpful, friendly staff at check in. Very nice room. Did not hear ANY noise, incl. not a single plane. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting and storage. The breakfast with several serving stations was outstanding too. It opens at 5.30 am. We were in Portugal and
Southern Spain for 4 weeks. This was definitely one of the best stays.
The hotel is also very reasonable priced.
This hotel is perfectly located right at the heart of beautiful Lisbon. It felt like a luxury hotel (closer to 5 stars).
The staff was very warm and friendly. They have upgraded us on check in, which was very nice.
The room was very spacious and spotless clean with all necessary amenities.
The people at reception were extremely helpful - they have stored our luggage after check out and helped us navigate our way to the next destination.
We would come back!
One of the best hotel we stayed at with our family across three generations. The kids, parents and grandparents loved the spacious environment, kitchenette, kids club, friendly staff and all the amenities offered at the hotel. We were so impressed with the hotel, its staff and the management being able to cater to the needs of international visitors. Would highly recommend for families and those wanting a more modern space to stay while in Lisbon.
We have been in a few hostel/hotel in Lisbon and this is by far the best one!! The staff are super nice and helpful, the place is so clean!! The room is absolutely beautiful and comfortable
The room was super nice and full of light (we had the one with the shared balcony ) the bed is comfortable , and the kitchen is very nice for cooking - have everything you need
When I’m again in Lisbon I will definitely come back to this Lodge !
Thank you
The hotel was 5 stars all the way . You could not get a better location as we could walk everywhere . We were so impressed with Lisbon and having picked this hotel made our stay .
During the short stay we even managed to sit around the pool and sun bath . The pool and the courtyard for drinks we’re so lovely and relaxing .
Service and staff were 10/10 for me so highly recommend. May be a bit dearer then others locally but worth every penny
It's a beautiful hotel and a lovely place to stay. The garden square outside is gorgeous and you are walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast and great bar. There are not many hotels of this standard in Lisbon so if you're looking for the best but without the impersonal nature of the big chains, then this is for you.
Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything was brilliant. Location was amazing too, loved the avenue nearby and close to centre, metro, train station. The apartment had everything we could wish for, comfy beds and extremely quiet. If we ever visit Lisbon again we'll be staying here. Staff were extremely helpful. It's part of a 5 star hotel so the service was top level.
This was a lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable, clean and modern with a great continental breakfast option. The location was great for exploring Lisbon. Despite being just off the main, busy stretch of the city centre, our room was very quiet and we didn’t hear a thing. The staff were all lovely too and went out of their way to look after guests. Would definitely start here again if in Lisbon.
Very impressive accommodations and facilities. The beds, the room decor, the room arrangements, the bathrooms, it felt like I was staying at a really fancy AirBnB. The bathrooms are similar to what you’d get in some 5 star hotels, white, new, maintained, clean and in pristine condition. Definitely the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are amazing too, and the location is perfect.
The hotel is located in an excellent area, central and close to everything. The room was very spacious, clean and bright, the beds very comfortable. But the best of all was the staff, especially Mr. Daniel, who had a great treatment, always attentive and willing to help, giving tips to make the most of the city, made our stay our best day in Lisbon. We will definitely come back.
Our room was large and set up exactly as we had requested.
Staff was excellent, particularly the breakfast staff. Breakfast was excellent with many options. One of the best breakfast situations I have ever had. Library on the top floor with available beverages was excellent. We loved Lisbon, and this hotel was one of the reasons why. Thank you!
Beautiful hotel in a great location - walking distance to everything! The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our welcome gift in the room when we arrived. We also really enjoyed being able to go to the rooftop bar, which was closed on the day we were there, except for hotel guests. One of the best views we had while in Lisbon!
Near airport but really not very central to popular parts of Lisbon and not many restaurant options near by. Train station is less than 10 mins away. Pool is lovely and warm - but you have to wear swim hats (wish I had known this before) and therefore we had to purchase some from the hotel €10 per person.
Amazing from start to finish! The staff were so friendly, so helpful and it was like a 5 star experience. Everything from the room, to the pool to the hotel restaurant was fantastic. We ate three times in the restaurant during our three night stay because the carbonara was the best we had tasted.
Location is great. The hotel is in a quiet zone of Lisbon but 5/10 minutes on foot from the center.
You also have luxury shops all around you. If you do not want to do breakfast in the hotel, around the corner there is a cafe where I had the best croissant I have had in a very long time.
Excellent location. Staff was exceptional and so helpful. Best hotel I’ve stayed in Portugal. Beds were comfortable and small details like cold water in the fridge made the stay comfortable. Daily cleaning which is not the norm anymore - very appreciative of this luxury
5 star service throughout and you’re treat like a VIP. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and can not fault the service of every single member we encountered. Hotel itself is beautiful with an amazing selection for breakfast.
