Bansko Spa & Holidays provided me with the best hotel experience I've ever had! The breakfast was absolutely incredible - the selection was vast and every item was cooked to perfection. And the dinner at the communal table was simply divine. The flavors were out of this world, and I can't even begin to describe how delicious it all was. The spa was also a true highlight - the facilities were top-notch and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I'll definitely be returning to Bansko Spa & Holidays again soon, as this was truly a getaway I won't soon forget.

Nice hotel good rooms, very good for families also with small children/baby.
Good they have big parking next to the hotel and shuttels during the morning and afternoon to and from the gondola.
