Location is right at the foot of the Flatiron mountains. Incredible views and right at the trail head. It got a little crowded in the parking lot which causes a little traffic, but manageable. Interesting cottages, pleasant surprise. Close to downtown and many activities.

Nice location about 10-15 min walk from anything on Pearl Street. Fire pit was a nice place to chill out at night (it closes at 10pm) and they had a small bar where you could buy local beers. We didn't hang out in the common area, but it looked nice. Wifi was good.

Traffic can be a headache during peak hours so we would recommend traveling in the off peak times to sightsee etc. It's definitely not the midwest, people seemed snobby or rude most places and looked at me funny when I said excuse me if I walked by anyone in a tight area. No-one else excused themselves or tried to avoid colliding down the busy morning sidewalks downtown or in shops/restaurants. My adult daughter stated it's because we are from the midwest & people do things diff here.

Great place to visit...location is great for area, price is inflated for a Hilton and for location! This hotel is squeezed between another hotel and a strip plaza. Stay closer to Pearl St for better food and better location. The a/c unit in this place is very noisy. I found this to be an average hotel for the prce and skipped out on the burgers and nachos on the menu, surrounding area has much better food with cheaper prices. Also there is a charge to park a car there that most hotels don't have.

We came into town for a football game.
We came into town for a football game. CU has the most hostile and aggressive fans that we have ever encountered. We travel to a lot of college games and were warned by a number of friends and locals about this beforehand but were definitely not prepared for the vicious and obnoxious behavior exhibited by students and adults. It took away from the experience at this fabulous stadium.
Lots of restaurants and hiking trails but definitely not the friendliest city that we have every visited, though Flatiron coffee shop is amazing.

Boulder is the perfect destination for an outdoor visit.
Boulder is the perfect destination for an outdoor visit. Hiking everywhere, bike trails everywhere! Pearl Street offers shopping and food. There was even a mile run downtown when we visited! Try Audrey's Pizza Garage and Sweet Cow for ice cream. If you hike, use the fee park and ride shuttle bc trailhead parking is tough.
Terrible place stay away from it’Hyatt place at Boulder is filthy unlike other Hyatt
The staff is terrible they have no respect fir customers
I had issues with my room on checking, no internet, dirty room another lady had issues and seen the front desk staff arguing with her because she wanted fresh towels because her room wasn’t serviced.
No AC in common areas no aeration no Covid measures.
The pool was nasty they just don’t clean. Very disappointed their excuse is Covid.
Lovely base to explore the mountains. Clean and warm. The location is perfect. There are trails starting at or nearby the hotel. It is also only like 8 minute's drive to Boulder. It definitely did exceed our expectations. Excellent value for money and perfect for Hikers / Climbers / Mountain bikers. The knowledgeable and friendly staff can help you to plan too with good advice. There is no cell signal but they provide really good and reliable wifi.
We came to explore Boulder and this hotel is about a 15 minute drive away in a very pretty location. The owner was very nice and so were the people behind the desk. The washer and dryers on location were great to have. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good- they also had grab and go granola bars. And one of the best breweries in the US is close by- Avery brewing. There is a hot tub but we didnt use it.
Great place to stay - ideally located for downtown Boulder but quiet, close to great hiking on the Flat Irons. The rooms were fabulous, parking by the door and with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast provided in the main reception, options for gluten free available. Staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my return trip.
Everything about this place was amazing. The location, the staff, the comfort of the room, the beauty of the location, the parking, the free coffee (I didn’t eat the breakfast as I was eating at Boulder restaurants) everything was spot on! I would (and already have) highly recommend this place when staying in Boulder! Best hotel of my road trip by far!!!
They had an option for a to-go breakfast but we didn't try it...too many great brunch restaurants in town! Room was a good size, quiet and was adequately comfortable. No frills / not fancy. Location was good - easy access to CU Boulder and other area attractions. Really needs to be remodeled and new carpet/furnishings.
Great location, excellent price, very nice large room. Breakfast was enough for the price - cereal, yogurt, fruit and fruit juice, coffee, bagels etc but no warm option. It's the cheapest hotel I could find in Boulder and can recommend it. I would stay there again. The pool is great and gym adequate.
The lobby area was welcoming - felt different from a typical hotel -
the small workout room and laundry
ALL staff were very friendly
I didn't even realize this was an "extended stay" so having a two-room suite was terrific - lots of room for clothes
the parking was so close to the room - great!
We enjoyed the overall experience at this hotel. It was great to be greeted by very friendly staff who were very helpful. One of the days we stayed, it was raining all days so it was nice to have an area for us to hang out. Our son really enjoyed the rock climbing wall and games available.
Well located in a quiet, rural area north of Boulder, with easy access to Pearl Street and CU campus. Big, super clean, motel style rooms in a pretty, tree filled setting by Twin Lakes. Good for short or longer stays. Great value compared to central Boulder.
The location is perfect if you want to visit CU Boulder and spend time downtown as it's smack dab between the two! The staff is incredible, the rooms are super comfortable and clean. Home away from home.
Great location, super easy to walk to Pearl St from. Loved the lounge area and fire pits in the evening. Hot tub and sauna was a great addition after a day of skiing and hiking. Would certainly recommend.
It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for her birthday. The ability to walk to and from the Boulder Theater was fantastic. We enjoyed the ease of everything at the Bradley Boulder Inn.
Great cozy cottage, with a fantastic location near the Boulder Flatirons and its trails, and still close enough to Boulder with its restaurants. We loved the Dining Hotel, and the entire atmosphere.
Rooms were ok. Clean. The hotel is pretty run down though as you know. Should have been $50 a night cheaper, but it is Boulder. Breakfast was actually very nice.
