My stay at the Hilton was amazing! We got there early so our room wasn’t quite ready but I was able precheck in and leave my luggage there and my car in valet while we went to Universal Studios. When we got back to the hotel , I was able just to get the room keys and they brought up my luggage right after. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games . We were very close walking distance to Universal Studios but they offer a shuttle too. The staff kept checking in on me to see if I needed anything . They went above and beyond to make my stay great , they even charged my Tesla so it was ready to go when we had to leave 2 days later . I will definitely come back here to stay and recommend anyone else to stay here too!

The bed was very uncomfortable didn't get much ssleep in the bad. I srings where coming up through the mattress and could get comfy enough the sleep. Lady up front was very nice and friendly she told me were Dennys was located and it was walking distance.

We were only in town for one night and wanted to go to Musso & Frank which is just a few blocks down the street, so the location was perfect. My previous visits to the Roosevelt were as a restaurant/bar patron, and I liked its quiet sophistication amid all the Hollywood Boulevard clamor. Staff kindly greeted us and were very gracious getting us settled.

Got to the hotel a bit earlier than expected and Daniel at front desk went ahead and gave us an early check in, which we appreciated very much! I didn’t get his name but the gentleman working overnight was also very friendly and helped us out with whatever we needed. I love this hotel because of its location and even more so because of the staff. From housekeeping's to reception, everyone is absolutely amazing and the company is very fortunate to have such hard working people with them.
