there was no breakfast, no, free wifi, first i was given room on 2nd floor, (209) there was already one woman in the room, then i was given room on first floor, which was not cleaned properly, it was smelling, no soap in bathroom, no towel, no napkins etc. they charged price more than holidays inn and western inn. it was one of the worse experience of my life.

Well… 1st good job booking for not including that the pool is being renovated so it’s closed!!!
It’s on the actual hotels site though so 🤬SMH also we had noisy neighbors up all damn night partying and talking loud. I finally went down to complain, bc let’s be honest I had no clue who the people were and I’m not trying to get shot for knocking on doors at 330 am!
Next day I asked this chic at the front desk how they wanted to make it right and was told that the guy who came up and told the people to turn off the loud music (I literally heard him say that) had lied to his coworker telling her that it was just an alarm clock. An alarm clock with bass that shakes the fkn walls and produces the distinct smell of weed? Which btw these losers didn’t even think to offer the folks they kept up all damn night! Anyway this unfortunate human says all she can offer are points. Tf? Points for
what? I don’t need points. I NEEDED some sleep which I did not get at the SLEEP INN! Odds are you won’t either so move on fellow travelers! Oh and the bathroom door (a pocket door) didn’t
even shut completely. Least of my worries though!!

The property was 10 time better than a hotel 11 out of 10 will DEFINITELY book again. So quiet, so comfortable, the host was the best. Our vacation was better than expected because of our stay here.

I would not recommend staying at this facility. This is not the best location to have family members. The building is old and needs remodeling. The grounds need some up keep. There are homeless families living behind the hotel which was disturbing. The front desk clerk was a little rude but I understand because this location mostly has local construction workers staying from out of town. If I travel back to Kannapolis, I will definitely do my research for the better part of this town. This hotel was definitely overpriced.Johnson - 4.0Scored 4.0

My son and grandkids live here. I love Kannapolis because it's quiet. Yiu can hear yourself think in Kannapolis. And also, it's the home of THE DONUT SHOP. The greatest donuts in the world!! Kannapolis is a wonderful little mill town.
Kannapolis is a wonderful little mill town. It is just off I-85 with easy access to the hotels in that area. I was traveling through and only stayed one night but very impressed by the entire area. Lots of shopping available in the entire area emcompassing Concord Mills Outlet, close to the Charlotte Motor Speedway, etc.

I was very displeased with my kingsize room, it actually looked like an extended stay motel because people were sitting out side their rooms in lawn chairs and card tables, kids were playing and folks were walking their dogs. The room wasn't clean and once I turned on the a.c. unit roaches began to come out of the unit and the dead bolt lock had been broken off the door. ( although a sign on door said, "engage dead bolt for maximum security") I took all concerns to management and with in minutes I was giving a full refund (it is suppose to be pending back to my card.) I wouldn't recommend this location but folks have different levels of comfort so it's up to them.

There was hair still in the bath tub from whoever stayed before me. Management that was on property was nice and very apologetic as she gave me my money back as I was unable to reach anyone from the front desk. Since I arrive after 12 from travel.
