The check in employee in the morning was amazing. The shuttle never showed up for my 4am shuttle to Amtrak so this male employee drove me to Depew station so I wouldn’t miss the train!! God Bless him. Very sweet gentleman.

I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984.
I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984. I return every July to visit friends and family. The road system is good; the town is clean. I liked Galleria Mall and attending the Polish Festival. I also enjoyed meals at Denny's and the Olympic Restaurant.

When I arrived at check-in, the clerk told me the room was on the second floor. I told him that I requested first floor as my daughter and I are handicapped and she is frightened of elevators. The man told me that they never received anything from Booking.com. I purposely made the reservation early so they would have time to accommodate me. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Next time I will use another company. No excuse for this.

The food was unremarkable midwestern food.
The food was unremarkable midwestern food. I’ve traveled all over the world and like to try new things, but the food here was unhealthy, heavy, greasy, salty, and too sweet. It was generally loaded with carbs and covered with cheese and sauce. I don’t recommend Chef’s, The Original Pancake House, or Tim Horton’s. We had the wedding reception dinner catered at Knox Farm State Park Mansion, and that food was similar too. It was already cold in October, and it took forever to get anywhere because of all the traffic lights and construction. There was a lot of traffic on the way to the rehearsal dinner due to a hockey game, and 2 drivers honked at me and gestured wildly. If you like the Buffalo Bills, you will see advertising for them EVERYWHERE. If you don’t like the Bills (like me), it’s just annoying. The best thing about Buffalo was Niagara Falls, which was 30 minutes away. Next time I’ll just go to the falls and skip Buffalo altogether.

It’s a quiet and beautiful city, however, it’s like abandoned place. After having lunch at Dino BBQ, we walked around downtown on Sunday afternoon. Everything is close out which made me feel the city is empty & abandoned.
My wife and I missed our flight at Buffalo Int'l Airport, so we had to stay a night in Buffalo and catch an early morning flight the next day. The property is literally across the street from the Buffalo Airport, so the location worked out really well for us.
The bed was comfortable.
Free breakfast is included but unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of this perk. We had to be at the airport at 5:30am and breakfast hours didn't start until 6:30am.
Room and bathroom were large.
The room was pleasant and warm. We arrived in bufallo at the beginning of a snow emergency warning so the bar etc was closed and as a result there was no real atmosphere , we thought we might be snowed in and had we been we would have struggled with the lack of atmosphere. However the hotel had an on site gym and a decent enough breakfast that one would not starve but lacked healthy options
Room Phone does not work
Safe is in locked condition
wi fi does not work
No Elevator, we had to carry up our luggage physically using steps
informed front desk, they could not fix these issues. Worst hotel, i will never recommend. Please do not book this property, there are many others available around. One can try these
Lots of amenities for a hotel whose majority of guests only stay for the night before/after their flight - swimming pool, fitness room, pool table and a late night open bar/restaurant among others. The modern design of the hotel also added to a very pleasant stay.
It’s right across the street from the airport and close to the freeway. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and Buffalo. A pleasant bar/lounge area. A fresh breakfast is available in the morning. Quiet and clean. A nice change from standard hotel chains.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. Shower was awesome. Very nice toiletry items (shampoo/ soap). The location was easy to find and easy into and out of Buffalo and surrounding area. Amazing donut shop just 1.5 blocks west of the hotel!
1. Location was excellent and the hotel was grand and beautiful, being well maintained and clean
2. Complimentary tea, water and coffee in the lobby all day
3. Ample carts available to move suitcases and the variety of style and sizes
We were told at the front desk that the breakfast was hot, not realizing that hot meant a microwaveable Jimmy Dean bagel sandwich.
Location of the hotel is fantastic.
Sam at front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Convenient location close to Buffalo downtown and just off the highway, which also means the hotel suffers from the noise coming from the highway traffic. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Free parking is a bonus.
This hotel was clean, comfortable and very well run. The staff were efficient and courteous. There was no aircraft noise inside, despite the hotel being very close to the Buffalo airport.
The location. Airport was close and so were the malls.tim horotns is next door. Park and fly facility in the hotel was excellent. Pickup from airport was also convinient.
Breakfast was boring, cheap, and restricted to the dining room. This is very bad for a person with disabilities who can't get out of bed. No room service either.
