Breakfast was fine for me as I like to only eat fresh oatmeal, which this facility had. The location was great for dining out within walking distance as well as within short driving distance.

Worst (precooked breakfast I’ve ever had. No cut fruit.
Worst (precooked breakfast I’ve ever had. No cut fruit. No yogurt only precooked eggs, potatoes and greasy breakfast sausages dry cereal. Poor mattress, poor water pressure. Thin tiny towels. Uneven maid service. Lied about restaurant being open in June omitting not until rnd of June. No ability to order drinks. Complementary drinks were denied us because we booked through this site

The room was dirty, ants and mini-roaches under the bed, long black hairs in the shower. And the mattress was more than lumpy. I felt like I was going to get tipped off the bed by the mountain range in the middle. But it was cheap, so you can't expect perfection. I don't know why there is a picture of the ocean, it is no where near the water.

The mall has no comparison it’s perfect, the beach is 25 mins away, the outlets are just down the grade, you have to stop by Institution brewery, weather you drink or not order their carne asada pizza, I know sound a bit of a weird match, but everyone I’ve ever gave a slice to ended up ordering and eating a whole pizza plus they have a beer for every taste, I recommend the mosaic to start your exploring.

Bed, check in, parking were good.
Bed, check in, parking were good. The room seemed smaller than previous stays, especially the bathroom, the tv was not working upon arrival but my husband fixed it plus the remote worked but it had limited capabilities. The grab & go breakfast was not very selective compared to another BW+ we stayed at a few weeks ago. The shower over tub didn’t function well, in that the tub filled with water even though the shower was turned on.

Great suburban city, extremely safe and clean with friendly locals and fun events. Small town feel but with all the amenities and restaurants of a major city, plus a great mall. Great location, 20-ish min drive to the ocean. 40-ish min drive to Hollywood, 50-ish min drive to Six Flags, 50-ish min drive to Santa Barbara. Chili Cook off is the best I’ve been to.

We attended a show at the Civic Center.
We attended a show at the Civic Center. Parking was convenient and very reasonably priced. The theater was very nice. We also visited the Reagan Presidential Library/Museum which is phenomenal! There are so many wonderful exhibits in and around the museum. Any lover of freedom and democracy would learn so much by spending an enjoyable day there.
There's no breakfast yet because of covid. I like it here since I arrived in April.. It's super quiet, the area is so nice. Staff is very professional. My favorite staff member lady is Cheyl, she is such a sweet lady... The mgr he is so nice and professional, always helping guests to be satisfied and happy. Frances, she is sweet, oh so quiet, always courtesy, and professional... I like America's best value inn, and wonderful staff and house keeps.. Thanks to all of you!! Coreen Goldbaum
I've been going to this location just about every year in July for over 10 years. The 3rd floor has an A/C outlet that is freezing outside of the door in the hall. The breakfast has declined tremendously. No more cookies at check in. The floors were dirty as my socks told the story. This hotel is my family's vacation halfway spot to our final destination. I'm a creature of habit so I continue to book this location. But my family and I are left disappointed.
We went to Thousand Oaks for a Cal Luthern swim meet on a Saturday AM. Arrived after midnight, checked out at 7:30AM. So we are not a good couple to provide much feedback. The facility was in the right location for us, clean, comfortable, and quiet.
I have not stayed there in 3 years, but I found everybody there as friendly as before. And everything was as clean as before. It's also very close to shopping. And the best thing is that there is a liquor store around the corner you can walk to.
Location was good on our way to LA. Comfortable room, big pool and pool area. Lots of restaurants close by and free parking were a plus, as the restaurant in the hotel is under construction. Great staff, especially the ladies at breakfast.
Breakfast was a let down. Frozen muffins and Jimmy Dean with a bottle of water really isn't breakfast. I thought it a little overpriced since there was really nothing but a room. The advertised breakfast was why we booked that hotel.
Staff was very friendly and tried their best to take care of our needs. Amenities were clean, the rooms were clean. Hotel location was very accessible. Would definitely recommend this particular location. I will be coming back!!
I like the cleanness of the room. I was impressed to see a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel representatives customer service was incredible. I will recommend to follow peers and comeback. Thank you for the service.
This Hotel has gone downhill so fast. According to staff the owners do O to keep it working!
Example: No ice machines are working No WFi
This should be under things you did not like Sorry
Pretty much all of it to be honest. The room was newly decorated and was lovely. The hotel is very clean. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was decent too. Good ample parking.
I thought for 2 people the queen bed room was very nice, and it even had a table with a small booth to sit at. Best last minute price in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
The property has security cars going around the hotel, to enter the hotel rooms you needed a key or even the front door. I love the courtyard in the middle.
The hotel was ok, but I found it little bit more expensive for the room size and location. Breakfast was ok. We appreciated availability of washing machine
