The property was a great location, plenty of parking. The room had a clean and fresh smell. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. They had a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

I definitely would not recommend this place unless it's a last resort stay. It wasn't very clean at all, loud people outside half the night drinking and smoking weed disturbing other guests, and I don't think it was a comfortable environment at all.

Very close to Disney.
Very close to Disney. We spent most of our time at the parks so just used the room for sleep and shower. The breakfast was so great, breakfast staff was so nice and friendly. Didn't use the gym or pool, or the free shuttle to Disney, and you need to make an RSVP in advance. Lyft is about $16 one way to Disney but we opted to park at the Toy Story parking lot off Harbor for $25. In & Out is not too far, but the area isn't great late at night due to lots of homeless people in that part of Harbor. We just used the drive-through and got our food just fine.

I liked the two male employees at first arrival.
I liked the two male employees at first arrival. They were very helpful with our questions. But upon arrival to our room, it was not what was expected. The room looked very old to the point that it needed an upgrade badly. The carpet seemed very lifted, dirty and outdated. The restroom was decaying. The handle to the sink was rotting and the floor to the restroom was stained with black that I wouldn't trust myself to go in without shower sandals. The air conditioning unit when activated made the room muggy and smell like a vintage shop. When checking out, there was a different lady employee and she just took our key and we were done. That is not my usual experience with every other hotel I've been to. They always go on their computer and check the guest out and then take our key. It just didn't feel right to just have her take the key and thats it. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Not many favorite spots around, the hotel is far from things by walking. So you will have to drive around to get to your destinations. I think I would probably recommend a hotel that is around more places.

For our trip to Fullerton, this location was great.
For our trip to Fullerton, this location was great. We went for a church conference in Anaheim and it was close. The location was good. I liked that we were very close to Sprouts. It was great to have free parking at the motel too!
I liked the location of the hotel next to the college, the facility to the freeway, and proximity to my places of interests in; Orange, La Habra, and Fullerton. I was also relieved to find a good quality clean hotel with amenities for my family, pet, and myself. Often places that allow pets are not quality facilities like this one. The pool, room, and lobby were very clean, and our pet, Miss Fiona, had a dog walk area with "Mutt Mitts."
The water system were perfect to beused. Many hotel water pressure is not enough, but Grand Inn has enough to use hot and cold water as if I am in my home. The linens and towels were very clean, the cleaning staff try her best to keep room clean. Thanks for their managements and I appreciate it highly. I will definitely come back here again next time, when I come this area again.
The host was very responsive to questions leading up to and during the stay. 3 full baths were a huge plus for our group, giving everyone comfortable privacy and making it easy to get ready quickly for the day. Also use of the garage was excellent, making us feel very secure. Overall much more spacious and cost-effective than staying at Disney hotels. Would recommended 10/10.
What I did like was the staff was very helpful when it came to check in and to answering questions. The area is pretty prime since it down the street from the Fullerton station and is surrounded by shops and places to eat. Especially since it was 2nd closest to Anaheim and lots of Anaheim hotels were pricey that I was looking at what else was available.
Excellent property, rooms, lots or parking space, nice breakfast (some people might say it's same on everyday, but in covid times it's at par with other hotels). Hassle free stay. Nice location. Lots of fast food options nearby. 20 mins drive to Disneyland.
The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. There are several restaurants located within walking distance from the hotel and a gas station with a large mini mart. My hotel room was spacious and had a mini fridge, and the bed was so comfortable.
The hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was warm, with AC, big size comfortable bed, TV, we always had hot water in the shower. The breakfast was good enough. There were always parking spaces outside. Easy check-in and check-out.
Good free WiFi
Microwave and Fridge
A/C worked well.
Fairly quiet.
Several value oriented restaurants within walking distance, along with a hair and nail salon and two barber shops.
Cheap as I could find in the area.
The place was near Disney which was convenient for us and the main reason we booked the place, and shuttle to disney was free as well. Clean and cozy plus the parking is free within the grounds of the hotel.
This hotel is local to a few shops. A short uber to more shops and eating local to disney about 10mins away about 45mins to Huntingdon Beach ⛱️ by uber taxi. Taxi prices are good value.
We had a wonderful stay at this adorable downtown Fullerton cottage. It is immaculately kept and central to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
