This was our second year here and we enjoyed our stay once again. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location was extremely convenient to the park and other attractions. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of choices.

I had a couple of requests that were granted immediately. I have trouble laying flat in bed to sleep and so I usually end up in the recliner at home. They brought me a different chair (other than the little desk chair that was in the room) and I was able to get rest.

We love Hershey.
We love Hershey. It's a clean, friendly city with a lot for families to do. We spent 3 days at Hersheypark, which is fantastic because the ticket includes entrance to the zoo and aquatic show, too. We paid extra for our daughter to feed a sea lion! Be sure to eat at the Chocolatier restaurant, it's amazing. We also enjoyed our second visit to Indian Echo Caverns and Toys on the Square, a giant toy shop with unique items. There is a ton more for families to do in the area that we didn't have time for. The only problem I had was the height of the toilet and the absence of grab bars to help with getting up. Commode was pretty low. Otherwise the hotel was fabulous, well appointed, clean comfortable and a good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

Lovely town with plenty to do!
Lovely town with plenty to do! Lots of restaurants & shopping and of course, you have the amusement park, the chocolate factory and the hockey stadium. I have family that lives close by, so we visit often. Looking forward to returning in October for a family wedding!

I have been traveling to Hershey annually with my family for many years now and must say this year was the first to disappoint. Restaurants closed at 9pm and ones that stayed open would only take customers with reservations and turned us away. This was a first year traveling as a restricted dieter (gluten and soy free) and the options were very limited. I was thankful for fast food options like Chipotle and Cocoa Diner that were open past 9pm that had options for all of our travelers. When Hershey Park closes at 8pm you’d think restaurants would anticipate some overflow of park goers looking to eat after a day of fun! Do better Herhsey!LeighUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

I work for IATSE contract and paid through HERCO. I work at the stadium theatre and arena. I love Hershey. It’s a great destination. However, if you wish to have a pleasant stay on a room with Hot Water, steer clear of the Simmons Motel. It’s not for guest, Simmons Hotel Extends the entire block. Most of their property is seasonal rentals for workers who travel with work visa to work at the park. The booking .com was a nightmare with this unacceptable conditions no hot water ASK YOUR SELFAAnonymous
