Upon entering the lobby, I thought where am I? Above and beyond my expectations, modern, clean, new, friendly staff. The room was exceptional, beautiful view, comfy bed, quiet, all the amenities. Restaurant downstairs was phenomenal. I will definitely be back. The room had a Keurig, microwave, fridge. In the lobby they had a little area for snacks and frozen items to heat up in the microwave. A+++

Fun to go when there's some sort of event going on at Courthouse Square. Several lakes nearby to relax and lots of hiking trails. Noticed gas was cheaper here too(Memorial Day weekend '24). Nice day trip from PHX to cool off. Lots of shopping nearby in Prescott Valley.

The view was beautiful from our room with a balcony, but there is no seating to sit outside to enjoy the view...the room was run down and the facilities were not in the greatest shape...We even upgraded and paid for a better room, so I am not sure what a regular room would have looked like...this is not a $250-300 night hotel room...Parking was terrible as they were having parties and the guests have no where to park, without walking a long way

Goldwater lake was easy to get to.
Goldwater lake was easy to get to. Had fishing, hiking and benches all along the trail and great pictures of the lake, picnic areas for gatherings, volley ball nets, covered areas for groups. Watson lake was extremely different lake. Wednesdays is a free day for both the lakes otherwise $3.00 a day. Big boulders surrounding the lake and trails with white dots to show the way between the boulders.
Eating we want to Texas Roadhouse which is a dependable steak house and we were not disappointed. It was good. We checked the other steak houses in the area and they were $35 for a steak whereas Texas Roadhouse I got the shish kabob for $15.00.
Prescott has everything you would want. Costco, Lowes, Walmart, movie theaters, restaurants, but everything is on a hill.
The old town square is beautiful and at times has craft/art fares. They light up the trees for the holiday season. This is also where whiskey row is located. Worth the visit to see old hotels, bars etc.

I was in town for work.
I was in town for work. It took up all of my time, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy all of the wonderfulness that Prescott has to offer. However, it's definitely a trip worth taking. The most beautiful sunrise and sunsets against the perfectly placed mountainside.
The air is so fresh and pure, and the resident's are delightful!

Traditional Western Town.
Traditional Western Town. Respect it and the people who live there for what it is and what they are. I was treated great by everyone there. Plenty for everyone. Equestrian, Rodeo, Western History, Art, Nature, ... the town is great.
We’re a family of 5. The team at SpringHill Suites Prescott gave us an extra large suite at the end of the hallway on the second floor and it was the best hotel stay we’ve experienced visiting grandparents over the years. The double large common area gave the kids more than enough room to stretch out and create their own little “campground” for 9 nights. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Location a short walk from Whisky Row and the Town Square. Highly recommend this hotel for families or groups.
I loved this place. It looked like a cute, rustic motel of old and inside it was modern, looked recently remodeled, and was very pretty and spacious. I was very comfortable here. It was the best, by far, for the money of all the hotels I stayed in. It really was a delight. It is close to town and yet at enough distance to be quiet. Also, it is pet friendly and there are places nearby to walk the dog. An added bonus was that the windows opened to let in fresh air. I would most definitely stay here again.
This hotel/lodge was absolutely amazing. We were in town for the Prescott Holiday Parade, and this was the perfect atmosphere to get into the holiday spirit. If you are looking for something that doesn't feel like a big box hotel but still is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, this is perfect. The room was adorable, and my daughter loved that she got her own little space. Will definitely stay here again.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. Booking.com did not forward my request for a handicap shower over to the hotel. However, the staff at the hotel did everything they could to accommodate us & help us rectify the situation. I had an event I had to be at prior to check in time & they were very accommodating to allow me to get checked in early to drop off my stuff & get ready for my event.
Overall the stay was wonderful. Super nice/clean room and bathroom. Loved the double curtains, that actually kept the room dark, so that we could sleep in. Like most hotels though, could hear the slamming of other doors and people walking around at all times of the night. But that would not stop me from staying there again.
Double Plus... they have free coffee available 24/7!
We knew we were arriving late and leaving early. Because of that we took the risk of getting an economy room. Imagine how pleased we were to find a room that had everything you would expect in a much more expensive motel. If we are needing a place in Prescott again we will certainly book with the Sierra Inn and plan to stay longer.
This hotel is very close to downtown Prescott, which was nice to walk around easily without having to take transport. The jacuzzi was nice as it was cold out but we could still use it. The free parking is a nice perk as well. The rooms are okay for the price and the coffee bar in the room could have been better.
The breakfast was great, it had good verity and it wasn't the same every day. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio at the firepit. The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was kept clean. The location is central to everything. Close to downtown, lakes and shopping.
Launderette onsite. Ground floor rooms (to not carry cases up stairs). Quiet at night. Outside sitting area with contained 2 house cats which was fun. Spacious rooms. It was 10 minutes walk from Prescott Airport where I rented & flew with Leighnor Aircraft.
We were on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of the desert valley. The beds were overall pretty comfy. The breakfast room service was great and tasty as well as the food in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We love historic hotels, this is that. Extremely well renovated to keep old school charm with mix of modern amenities in the heart of fantastic center square of lovely Prescott. I half expected to see Wyatt Earp stroll up the stairs.
The location is very convenient with downtown Prescott. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet. Never hear anyone from surrounding rooms or outside (had ground floor room (Room 105).
