This Inn is a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms were a little older, and the noise from the upstairs rooms was loud at night, but overall, it felt comfortable. The rooms were cool and clean. The pool and hottub were really lovely. The staff was very kind. It was in a good location. It was a bit overpriced. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Went to the Sight and Sound Theatre for the most amazing performances and sets...would definitely recommend for everyone visiting. Loved driving around the area on seemingly country roads. One of the most beautiful areas we've ever visited.

We went to see the Sight and Sound Theater’s production of “Daniel” which was excellent, did a little shopping at Kitchen Kettle Village and enjoyed a couple of great buffets, “Diener’s “ and “Shady Maple”.

The historic district is very interesting.
The historic district is very interesting. Lots to see, easy walking, and easy to navigate. Good to leave the car, and just walk around. Lots of different restaurants, shops, and bars. Check times for business hours. Some places closed on Sundays or Mondays, also they close early. While others don't open till 8pm for dinner! Some will close at 5pm, or only open a few days a week. But defiantly worth a visit. Also look at small towns just a short drive away. Lot's of guide information once you get there, and easy to read maps showing different attractions.

I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping.
I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping. Close to Maryland & Wash DC. Only complaint w/b need better Fast Food meals. (I do not like bready/ nor greasy food, but there are plenty of decent Restaurants to go to and not too expensive, either.) So...overall, definitely recommend Lancaster.
A historic landmark that was refurbished to modern day conveniences. Oak beams in the halls were beautiful and the wood staircase to exit separately from the main entrance was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was tastefully done, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful, friendly and smiling - even the housekeeping ladies were happy. If you want a hotel that is not your typical hotel, this is a gem close to downtown Lancaster and highways to take you anywhere in the county. I look forward to another stay in the future.
CLEANLINESS. This brand of IHG hotel is my new favorite. They are designed to be cleaned. Bed, linen, and service you expect from IHG, but no carpet or soft surfaces to collect germs and dirt. The ability to get a coffee anytime was a plus for my early riser and the breakfast offerings met our needs. This location was exceptional and had possibly the best hotel shower I’ve ever experienced.
This hotel was the best of our eleven day trip. Originally a tobacco warehouse, the rustic features of the hotel, its breakfast area adn restaurant made for a very pleasant beginning to our trip. It is very close to downtown Lancaster and next to Frannklin & Marshall College.
Everything was great! Hotel is big! Pool outside was nice! Inside pool was ok but floor is very slippery! Our room was nice but small for such a big hotel! Bonus was bathmat in bathroom didnt have to ask for one because boyfriend only has on leg! We enjoyed our stay!
The hotel is beautiful and the decor fits the space. Parking was ample and the hotel was easy to get to. We enjoyed the citrus water and cookies that were in the lobby. I liked that housekeeping did not enter the room during our stay.
It’s a nice clean new hotel! No gross carpeting in the room. Good utilization of the space, plenty of shelves and enough outlets. Great water pressure in the shower too! I also like the hooks on the walls for jackets etc.
Everything! We always stay here when we come to Lancaster. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is always very good and employees are great! The location is great; the hotel is beautiful, and we enjoy the pool and hot tub.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, very close to shopping and restaurants. We loved that the pools and splash pad were all right behind the rooms and easily accessible.
This is a nice hotel for sports for visiting Lancaster. Central with good facilities, parking and restaurant. Walking distance to town. Clean and good rooms. No complaints and the front desk staff could not be nicer!!
The location was great! The hotel is located near the Outlets, and plenty of places to eat. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable, nice that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave
Location was perfect for Downtown Lancaster and Spooky Nook. Also, compared to most of the hotels, especially in Downtown Lancaster, the price for the room was excellent for our budget.
The outdoor pool, playground area, splash area and indoor pool were the best features for us. We loved how kid friendly the hotel was and the proximity to Dutch Wonderland!
Room 212 has a very load harmonic humm. I was moved to Room 415 it was a lovely spacious and comfortable room. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere with some querky issues.
