Some guests were talking loudly in the hallway and the air conditioner was pretty loud as well. Overall the place was clean the bed was definitely not a king as stated. It was more like a full/ queen. I will definitely stay there again, the price was way too high, a iron would be a plus as well.

We were there for a big family wedding to a place where we have lived before years ago. The kids loved the Franklin Institute all day. Street parking was available during the days we were there and we parked in a lot overnight. We didn't walk places, our original plan, staying in Chinatown near the convention center, because of the rain. We happened on the Broad Street Run on Sunday am and had a great time cheering all the runners.
Philadelphia is a wonderful place to visit any time, with the historic district, Fairmount Park, the Art Museum and many other museums in center city, and so many places to visit for everyone.

Philly is ok, we were lucky to have good weather.
Philly is ok, we were lucky to have good weather. Very nice to know that it is considered a Sanctuary city, many people from different ethnicities around, from different countries and religions. Strangely, we did not feel the brotherly love among the people who live there. In general, they were quite indifferent to visitors, almost unfriendly. It is a walkable city, safe and fairly beautiful.
One of the best hotels I ever stayed in!!
From the first to the last interactions with the super incredibly helpful knowledgeable friendly staff made this vacation easy enjoyable memorable. Do not go anywhere But here if you
want good value for your money. Anything you need is from walking distance restaurants, banks, gas station, dispensary 😁😊
I'm definitely returning to visit Philadelphia and when I do I'm definitely going tback Philly Inn and suites bravo to staff and the property.
The location was excellent. It’s a 10 minute walk into the centre of Philly to Reading Terminal etc. The apartment was clean, spacious, with everything you need. A real ‘home from home’ and much better than staying in a hotel which we did on our previous visit to Philadelphia. The rooftop was amazing and a great place to relax. Overall it is great value for money and I would definitely stay at a Sonder property again.
The hotel is very well located. In front of the histórical área. The room is good. Some room have a small kitchen but very completed. I want to thanks two special persons, whom work at the front desk: a woman called Naia (?), and a man called Ness (?). They helped us so much. Naia is a wonderful person. Very happy and helpful. If I visit Philadelphia again, I intend to stay at this place.

Great location in downtown Philadelphia. The hotel was great, very modern and the room was perfect for a 2 nights stay. The rooftop was stunning, the atmosphere was very cool. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in Philly.
The hotel is perfectly located in center of Philadelphia. Rooms are big enough for a family and well equipped. Breakfast included is very nice on the 10th floor with a beautiful view on the city.
Good airport to hotel shuttle bus. Staff were pleasant but very slow. Great location for airport and Financial Field Stadium. Plus a close bus stop to get into Philadelphia city centre.
Excellent small hotel centrally located near shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, Would definitely recommend if a small hotel in Center City is what you're looking for
Exceptionally nice for the price. I have spent substantially more for hotels not remotely as nice. Almost certainly where I will go next time I need a room in Center City.
Hotel is embedded into the older part of the town. Room was great. Lobby as well. Complimentary coffee and tee. Location is superb - in Philly downtown.
