Flagler beach is one of the most underrated places in Florida. Great beach, awesome waves, less crowds. There's just enough happening here to make everyone happy but not enough to make it too loud or congested.

The beach is beautiful and very close, right across the street. Unfortunately there's not much sand as erosion has really devastated Flagler Beach. Additionally, the hotel as most on Flagler Beach is located on the only beach road which is quite conjested. If you are a light sleeper the traffic may bother you staying ocean view. However, there are nice restraunts easily accessible, some within walking distance. Over all, it's a sweet little beach town .

Love Flagler Beach and the surrounding area and will continue to vacation here on occasion. It's a great quaint place with an 80s feel. Laid back. Relaxing atmosphere. We love the music and outdoor dining at Tortugas. Our favorite restaurant is The Anchor. We love the fact that we can walk anywhere we need to go from our hotel. We also love that there are no conglomerate hotels blocking the beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets in this beachfront.

Loved the laid back atmosphere of this small beach town.

Loved the laid back atmosphere of this small beach town. Easy to get around. Great places to eat: Friends Cafe and Java Joint for breakfast, 6th Street Deli had good sandwiches for lunch, and dinners at Oceanside Grill, Finn’s, Golden Lion were all good.

We had a bad experience with the manager on the restaurant of the pier. He was un polite and rude . I am drinking a medicine that is photosensitive we sit outside and they would not allow us to open the umbrellas then when we requested to sit inside the only table was beside the isle and concern about Covid we told him we did not liked that table . Then another one open and the he told us if we did not liked that one then we would have to leave .

    The private beach was awesome.

The private beach was awesome. The house was clean and well stocked. The growth around the house prevented full beach views from the house. The beach gear was not great needed updated. We could not get cable TV nor have an operating ice maker our entire stay. The house was comfortable and very nice. We enjoyed our stay on Flagler Beach.

PJ, manager, was very helpful and showed great kindness to me and my family and dog. He is very personable and hard working. The motel was true to its advertisement, historic and accommodating. It was nice to be able to hear the crash of the waves and watch the sun rise. The room was clean and the amenities were good. My son loved the pool, even in December. The town of Flagler Beach is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place to stay.

It wasn't the Ritz, but its all you need to enjoy a beach trip. We stayed overnight for a day at the beach after a week at Disney. It was clean, great location, and plenty of room. I rented 2 rooms for my family and we all enjoyed it. The employees were accommodating. Pool was nice and even the people who were staying were nice. Highly recommend staying as long as you are not expecting a luxurious hotel. Will be back to stay longer!

Location was good... Did not see any bed bugs or roaches. Facilities definitely very old, but looked like they were clean. Did not see any mold but did smell musty. We were able to park the car right outside the sliding door so we were able to keep an eye on it. It was very quiet, and no one disturbed us at all. Did not hear any road traffic. Felt safe walking on the road and around the hotel.

Everything! Large, clean, great location in quiet neighborhood. The covered dock and beautiful views were so relaxing. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants , movie theaters and shopping. Definetly a "go to" if we are back in this area.

The location is really good. If you’re looking for cheaper healthier food options there’s a Panera and chipotle in the same lot with the hotel. We ate dinner here one night, that was also good.
