Red Roof Inn & Suites Hazleton, hotel in Drums

Located 27 miles from Jack Frost Mountain, Red Roof Inn & Suites Hazleton provides rooms with air conditioning in Hazleton.

I was there for 3 nites. The room was never cleaned once by the staff. No new sheets, only 2 bath towels-4 of us stayed in the room. No soap or toilet paper replenishments. I brang my own soap. I had to purchase toilet paper. I had to ask twice for towels. And my room key card blanked out on the 2nd nite. They had to reset it. This was a first for me. Other than that, the room was satisfactory and clean upon arival. I slept without noise interuptions. That is most important.

I didn't like anything about the place it was very dirty maintenance was poor of the facility there was garbage laying all over the parking lot Landscaping was very poor hallways inside we're not vacuumed and smelled of marijuana our key card did not work very well we had to slide it between 4 and 10 times to even get it to work the floor was very dirty made our socks turn black just in the first 20 minutes of being there we had to use baby wipes to clean off all the counter tops absolutely disgusting two out of the three chairs that were in the room were either broke or tore the bed frame was held together with black duct tape the refrigerator had cardboard and duct tape on it the bed was wore out and the Box Springs felt as if they were broken so we put the mattress on the floor so we had something more solid to sleep on without rolling to the center of the mattress the comforter was nothing more than just a sheet even the bath towels and stains all over them the door safety locks had black tape on them to keep them together we moved one and part of it had fell apart onto the floor from a rating of 0 to 10 has to be a 0 it is by far the worst Motel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some pretty crappy ones👎

Beautiful scenery. Quiet and pretty peaceful area.

Beautiful scenery. Quiet and pretty peaceful area. There is a bit of a distance to get to the good shopping and food depending on where in Drums you stay (or how you want to stay. Like the bigger chain hotels are further away from the main attractions but there were a few motels closer to them.). Most of the people seemed friendly.

The overall facility was sub par, unacceptable disgusting place to stay. Every aspect was disgusting. The clerk was welcoming however the facility was mot acceptable for guests. There were many broken pieces of furniture, bed was a king with a sunken area, linen had visible hair. We requested new linen. Shocking that this facility is actually open for business.

The area is absolutely beautiful. Literally picture perfect.

The area is absolutely beautiful. Literally picture perfect. But the resort needs a lot of attention. The unit wasn't properly cleaned. There were roaches in the cabinets. The internet was choppy and didn't stay connected.

The Wi-Fi was not good at all.

The Wi-Fi was not good at all. My wife complained about it and she was told it was slow because there 24 other people using it at the hotel.. That is unacceptable!!!!! She as further referred to the provider, Frontier. No satisfaction with them either. My wife had to conduct business on the internet and could not because of the poor performance of the internet there.
