The staff were very kind and accommodating. Family oriented staff who care about the conditions of the property. I had one of the kitchen burners go out on the stove and they literally came and replaced the entire stove the next morning. It was very clean and peaceful. The location was perfect and near everything I needed. We had a car, but I also used Uber and it was never expensive due to the proximity to all the attractions. It feels like a home away from home in between a quiet residential neighborhood and the hustle and bustle of Cooper Street.
The front desk girl was extremely rude and threatened me.
The front desk girl was extremely rude and threatened me. When I asked for my money back because she threatened me, she said no and threatened them to call the police on me. For asking for my money back????? This little girl was terrible. The worst experience of my life. I will NEVER stay at another one of these hotels again.

Staff overall were great but facilities need
Improving. No hot or warm water on fourth floor
Also no mirrors in bedrooms. Two women in a room would find it more convenient for a mirror
Outside the bathroom. Thanks

Liked the spacious room with desk and couch.
Liked the spacious room with desk and couch. Was disappointed it wasn't ready at 3:00, check- in time, due to a busy night. Used the wait time to eat. At 3:30 we received the keys, and found our room tidied up, except for crumbs on the floor around the desk.
Staff was helpful, including being there at 2:00 AM so we could get checked out for a very early flight. We would recommend this LaQuinta.

Mansfield is family-centered.
Mansfield is family-centered. There are alot of shopping areas being built and new homes are popping up. We live in California and Mansfield TX is not California, that's a good thing. We saw no homeless panhandlers, but officially, Mansfield, I understand has 4 homeless people. The weather is warm and humid this time of year but not too uncomfortable. We are comming back in August just to see how uncomfortable it is. We are planning to retire in Mansfield TX.
place was decent, in a nice area, but the driveway wasn't well marked. the staff was efficient but not overly friendly, the hotel and room were clean and nicely appointed. No problems with the room at all. Morning coffee at 0630 was lukewarm- popped in the microwave to remedy that. Breakfast croissant was ok. Overall it was a positive experience but I expected more from a Marriot property.
The hotel and my room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower. There is also a laundry room for those that need it. It is in a great location: lots of restaurants around, Target, Ross and Home Depot on the other side of the road.
Modern with a touch of traditional hotel design; the front desk staff was pleasurable and quick with their jobs; solid location next to new and developing storefronts and food.
