My kids had enough space to themselves. It was alittle hot at night but I guess it was due to the fact that the windows weren't open but the temperature was comfortable after the windows were open. And we asked for fan which was provided. The location was alot perfect. It was about 10-15mins walk even with the kids. There is also a café opposite the house which was a plus for breakfast.
