I stayed in one of the new cottages and was very impressed. They are spacious, very tastefully decorated, immaculate and have fully equipped kitchens. Or if not in the mood for cooking, you can order food to be delivered to your door from the on site restaurant. The staff assisted me with bringing my luggage to the cottage as I had no vehicle, but there is parking right in front of each cottage if you have a vehicle. My unit looked out on the golf course. Would definitely book a cottage again!

Veera is such an amazing hostess. It was such a pleasure staying with her and getting to know her. She made me feel at home.
And bonus, if you have the time, and she is available, please make an appointment for a reflexology treatment. It is the BEST treatment I have ever had.
The B&B is a little out of the way, so transportation would be beneficial, but it is right between Courtenay and Comox, making it a good spot for sight seeing.
It was nice to have breakfast in the morning and Veera even went out and bought Gluten free bread for me, even when I told her it wasn’t necessary. Made me feel valued and welcomed.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The café next door, The Hen & the Hog, serves great breakfasts. A pleasant stay in a traditional motel.

We stayed in Courtenay to try to go skiing, but unfortunately, this winter has almost no snow, but that's ok, it was our first time in town and it was nice, we had great food at Local and The Hen and Hog Cafe, I definitely recommend those two places.

With a stroll through the river area I again appreciated all the hard work of citizens determined to prevent flooding and also warning about personal safety near the water and on the bridge. The variety of shops is interesting. This trip we walked the river trail to the viewpoint to appreciate the Courtenay River joining the ocean. There are plenty of coffee shops, a brewery and bakery and great ethnic preferences for dinner dining. I always enjoy our visits.

The area is billed Courtney/ Comox and it was the comox area that was most inviting. Scenery, restaurants etc.
Locals Restaurant was probably one of the best restaurants and value we’ve been to in a long time.

Lovely town, incredibly clean and tidy with loads of outdoor activities in the area. We both said we would love to live here. The front desk staff were really helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks guys !
You have an entire house to yourself. The bed is incredible as is the huge patio with a tranquil view of a garden oasis. The kitchen is well stocked if you wish to cook, with access to a barbecue. We were on a busy schedule and our only regret was not having some time to enjoy this wonderful space. Bob and Sherry were welcoming and check in was a breeze. Tea, coffee, cream and filtered water provided. If in Courtenay again we will be staying here.
I arrived at the hotel after midnight
Very weary from traveling all day
The customer service was excellent
I was helped by the night clerk in getting my bags to my room
The room was very clean and comfortable
It is an older hotel but so clean and in excellent condition!
I will book by calling directly next time
The last hotel I had booked in Winnipeg through this site was disgusting and unsafe.
No complications with arrangements/booking, . . . everything was very straightforward. Location was very central, and easy to find. Hosts were very timely and on top of things. Suite was very tidy/clean, beds and bedding were better quality than usual; suite was quiet; our stay was much better than we’d normally experience in a motel or hotel.
My sister and I were lucky enough to find Garden House unbooked for the entire week we were in Courtenay on family business. It was the perfect “home away from home.” I would have taken the bed home if I could have managed it!😜 Great hosts. Email them if you need anything. They are quick to respond.
Near new hotel so very clean and tidy. Great to have breakfast onsite included although it increases the room price even thought they say 'free breakfast'. Large range of options from cooked to toast and cereal. Very friendly staff. Two comfortable beds in our room. Free parking.
It was decently clean for how sketchy the property was. You could tell there were a lot of interesting people Staying at this hotel. However, I know what I paid for so overall it wasn’t bad. If you are looking for “luxury” this hotel is not it.
Very nice hotel and the room was spacious, clean and well stocked. the bed was comfy and the fireplace was a nice touch. The outdoor pool and hot tub are fantastic and a great way to unwind in the evening.
The breakfast was excellent, consisting of yogurt, juice, eggs, tomatoe, toast and banana slices. The property is centrally located for both Comox and Courtenay, and has beautiful views of the estuary.
I needed to rent a room as mine had plumbing issues. When I got to hotel I was told they do not rent to locals, leaving me out of a place to stay in the middle of snowstorm
The staff and facilities were great. One of the better hotels on Vancouver Island, especially for families. The staff members on the front desk were very helpful.
