I enjoyed the view facing West because the trestle bridge and coulee was a beautiful scene! I also enjoyed the lofty view of the atrium along the walkway above the pool.

We went to watch baseball, Lethbridge is a sports town, so great for us. The town has lots of eateries and all the main shopping companies. Main street is busy but lots of button activated crosswalks.

Hotel misrepresents itself I believe in the photos.
Hotel misrepresents itself I believe in the photos. Hotel is old and rundown. Only thing upgraded was the reception area and breakfast area. Floors were squeaky, sink didn’t drain well. Beds were comfortable and the price was good. Would I stay again not sure

Our trip to Lethbridge was for family reasons, but we thoroughly enjoyed the few touristy things we were able to do. The Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens is certainly a must place to visit and worth spending a little time there and in the new Cultural Centre. As for restaurants, there is a good selection, but not all were highly rated. Ironically, the most highly recommended restaurant on TripAdvisor was Moxie's, a chain restaurant. It was, however, very acceptable and had a diverse menu. We also ate at the Mocha Cabana, and the Lighthouse Japanese restaurant. Both were very acceptable and the servings were very generous. We would have liked to try some other restaurants but found that most closed quite early during weekdays. Otherwise, out stay was very pleasant.

The beautiful and dramatic natural landscape in and around Lethbridge make it a great place to visit. We got take out food and ate in Indian Battle Park, which is very pleasant for picknicking, and the historic and still operational viaduct train bridge is well worth seeing. The downtown area is, like many small cities, suffering a bit from lack of activity. Our drive around the town showed many nice parks. In my two trips there I have enjoyed dinner at The Italian Kitchen.

Lethbridge is a small city with big heart.
Lethbridge is a small city with big heart. It’s more grass roots than I remembered growing up…but when you are immersed in something you don’t notice. Folks need to recap how to use traffic circles when visiting here. There’s a few, and we had some fun reading minds as you tried to get in and out of them (apparently signals are optional). The parks, the shopping, the overall friendly nature of Lethbridge makes up for the few that forget they share the roads and don’t own them

it is very well equipped for a small city. hospital, various eateries. picturesque surroundings. there was a small herd of deer on the verge of a major street!
we had supper at the Firestone bar and grill. food was excellent!!
The lobby was very open and clean, the elevators were right in front of the entrance to the awesome waterpark, the waterslides and pool were great and they have lifeguards in the evening. Front desk staff were very friendly at checking and the room and hallways were very clean. The room was a Jr family suite and had a little living room area with a sofa bed, bathroom was small but efficient and a seperate bedroom With Two beds.
The Tony Romas attached to the hotel Was clean and modern with good menu.
We did not receive proper directions to the hotel. Could not clearly hear the person on the other end of the phone when we called. Asked for a refund and were refused. Call the other Holiday Inn close to the casino. Got a room promptly. Great service. Great breakfast. Heard from someone else that there was a water problem at the one we had booked through booking.com. Not at all pleased!
The hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly, and the room was terrific. We loved the small balcony overlooking the interior atrium. The shower had wonderful water pressure; the towels were fairly large and thick. The beds were a bit hard to suit us, but overall we loved this place. The Italian restaurant adjacent to the property was excellent and we highly recommend it.
This is the 1st time we have stayed here as we usually stay at another but we were more than pleasantly surprised at the service, comfort and especially the walk-in location. It is much different in all ways from their US hotels and we will now always spend our stays here. The breakfast was excellent
Very difficult to find even a small fault with this hotel. Still very newly built and well kept. Price was reasonable. Free buffet breakfast was excellent, (for North American standards) the extra care taken in preparation was noticeable. Best Holiday Inn I have stayed at yet out of about 50.
All around great hotel.
Staff was excellent, complimentary breakfast was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Stayed at the hotel RIGHT next door and had a terrible experience the year before.
We will definitely go back to Hampton hotels in the future. Great hotel.
Front desk staff was so incredibly accommodating! Absolutely top notch customer service in a motel that was otherwise simply "ok" made my stay excellent! The cost was also great and I appreciate a hotel that takes a cash or debit deposit. Also, love the bidet
The hotel has an indoor swimming pool in an interior atrium. It's interesting to look at with trees and winding paths and small tables to sit at.
The onsite restaurant was phenominal. I'll go back there even if we don't stay at the hotel.
The room was spacious, and was the best value for money we’ve spent on a hotel in a long while. Very clean, no weird smells. The ballroom where the wedding we were attending was held is absolutely gorgeous. All around a really enjoyable stay!
Was great, we needed a inexpensive room because we were having our carpets cleaned and allergic to the moisture, chemicals, etc. It even had a very nice free hot breakfast in hotel next door. Highly recommend.
The shower was horrible. The shower head sprayed everywhere and it only had one setting which was that hurtful spray that didn't get your wet that they used to have in hotels in 1998.
Many thanks to TARA (sp?) of the Sandman Signature Lethbridge who drove me after her shift at 11:00 PM to the Sandman Hotel, Lethbridge, which I had actually booked
