Location was convenient to the college campus and we were able to make it on time to graduation activities. Hotel lobby and grounds were tidy and what I expected for this brand. We were close to the expressway to get to other attractions outside of the city. There was a Chili's right next door to get a bite to eat but other restaurants were close by too.

It is not the easiest place to get around. We used three different GPS navigation programs before we found one that worked efficiently in the area. We did go to the Farmers Market and First Thursday events organized by the local Experience Fay organization. We also visited the Sassafras Vineyard, Terra Studios, War Eagle Mill, Botanical Garden, Confederate Cemetery and the Dickson Street Bookshoppe. All were very nice.

Loved Fayetteville!
Loved Fayetteville! It's a very clean city with a lot going on. We enjoyed the vibe of Dickson Street and the college experience. It's proximity to so many outdoor activities is a major bonus. We come back again!

Somehow this this booking went through Booking.com.
Somehow this this booking went through Booking.com. The ad said we did not have to pay until we arrived at the motel. I went ahead & prepaid. I got sick with the stomach virus at 2:00 in the morning that we were suppose to check in. I called & told them we could not come & please refund $. Girl stated she did not have authority to do that & I needed to call back in the afternoon. I called back that afternoon & they said there was no documentation that I call that morning & would not refund our money. I do not understand why you will not refund my $ when I was not required to prepay to begin with. If I had not prepaid I would not be out over $200.00.

There is actually not a ton to do/see IN Fayetteville.
There is actually not a ton to do/see IN Fayetteville. There is a nice town square with shops and a few restaurants. When we booked the stay I was under the impression "Dixon St." was full of shops and restaurants but actually, it's pretty much all bars and coffee shops full of UofA students. I think twenty-somethings would benefit from staying the night but honestly, we (being in the 50+ crowd) could have easily made it a day trip. That said, if you are into bike riding, there is a wonderful 37-mile trail that goes from Fayetteville to Bentonville. If you follow college ball, of course, there's the Razorbacks.
This is very beautiful, well-kept BnB, with cozy atmosphere, very friendly host, great furniture, with a view to forest and trees, as the temperature dropped, it was cold they had the fire place working. Very nice. The bedroom was excellent, but the shower room was elegant. Breakfast was set out every morning. This place is very charming, traveler friendly, and cozy. We would love to return and stay again. Thank you Robert and Eva!
The motel had the floors falling in on the upper floor. I’m guessing the top floors in certain rooms could collapse on the bottom floors at any time. Everything was ugly and ruined it dirty. I wasn’t expecting a fancy hotel or anything but this was another level completely.
The location was great for Fayetteville and the view out the back was beautiful. Home was spacious and had all of the items we felt we needed for our stay. The check-in and out was very efficient and any questions I had prior to our stay were answered promptly.
Robbed me on price because baseball regional in town. Who cares. Just wanted a evening of shut eye with family. Pool was vroken as well. Room ok staff even better. Would stay again if necessary
The breakfast choices were really good my grandkids really enjoyed it as well as my daughter and I. The location was great not far from my son's house its why we come to visit Fayetteville 😊
The hotel was super clean and modern! Super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and the location was on point! Would definitely recommend this to family and friends!
There was cockroaches and tons of problems getting help with this problem! We drove 5 hours to this hotel to visit our son who's hospitalized and he's only 12yr old!
