The landscaping was beautiful all around the steamboat! We had a lovely fire every night at the fire ring located at the property that isn’t offered at any hotel far or near! I sat outside on the deck every morning drinking my coffee watching the ducks swim in the water that’s around the steam boat! Simply amazing

Could have been quaint and cute. But everything was run down. None of the plugs worked except one. The bathroom light wouldn't turn on and when it did it flickered like in a horror movie.
But the worst part was the moisture. Our beds w were so damp. The air was damp. And the room smelled so musty and damp. Honestly we all have this weird cough now. I would never recommend anyone stay here. I can't believe how damp the beds were. And it wasn't even humid outside. O think it was from the malfunctioning air conditioner. It was condensing in the room and then when you took a shower there was no way to get the stem out bc the fan was broken. There were water spots on the ceiling all over the room and over the beds. I should have said something to the staff but we were only there two night so we suffered through. The staff was so kind though but the rooms were the worst I've ever been in.

On average, it costs £140 per night to book a 3-star hotel in Lancaster for tonight. You'll pay around £164 if you choose to stay in a 4-star hotel tonight, while a 5-star hotel in Lancaster will cost around £76, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
The historic district is very interesting. Lots to see, easy walking, and easy to navigate. Good to leave the car, and just walk around. Lots of different restaurants, shops, and bars. Check times for business hours. Some places closed on Sundays or Mondays, also they close early. While others don't open till 8pm for dinner! Some will close at 5pm, or only open a few days a week. But defiantly worth a visit. Also look at small towns just a short drive away. Lot's of guide information once you get there, and easy to read maps showing different attractions.

Didn’t want to leave.
Didn’t want to leave. Had a little bit of everything City, Country, and suburbs. Loved the shopping and restaurants. Went to Wheatland for a tour and Lititz and had a tour of a pretzel bakery. We ate at the shady maple

I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping.
I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping. Close to Maryland & Wash DC. Only complaint w/b need better Fast Food meals. (I do not like bready/ nor greasy food, but there are plenty of decent Restaurants to go to and not too expensive, either.) So...overall, definitely recommend Lancaster.

Lancaster is a great area.
Lancaster is a great area. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything and the highway. The view isn't that great as it's right on the road (Route 30), but I didn't mind. The shades were private and the air conditioning provided just the right amount of white noise to sleep. The rooms on the other sides are probably more quiet. They also have a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am, which suits me just fine. There was even a pool room and a little gym. The complimentary coffee all day was a nice bonus, which also included a choice of still or sparkling water! The beds and pillows are super comfy. The area is quite built up yet still has that local charm unique to Lancaster.

Lancaster is never disappointing.
Lancaster is never disappointing. We love the farmland and fresh air. The stores full of handmade furniture are unbelievable. We have been going to Lancaster and the towns surrounding it for nearly 30 years.
The convenient parking garage, location to restaurants, services, family, entertainment
And other places of interest.
Greeted with friendly, patient, efficient and informative staff member.
Cozy, charming hotel, room, dining with many considerate amenities in the room and throughout the hotel.
A rose and chocolate for our room! Friendly hotel employees. Lovely garden in dining outdoor setting.
Safe, clean and quiet!
There was a cheerful hotel greeter in the evening when we arrived, and we saw him during the later shift on the days we were there. The room was comfortable. Very close to Sight and Sound Theater and the shopping outlets were right there on Rte. 30. We could walk across the street to a section of Rockvale Outlets, and Tangiers outlets were down the road on Route 30.
Good pool and with lifeguards and splashpad. Very friendly staff. It's a motel, but it's very well themed and has lots of activities for kids. One of the more unusual for a hotel is to meet cartoon network characters at scheduled times. Kids can each get their own TV if you pick a room with bunk beds. Right next door to the Dutch Wonderland themepark.
This hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious and so much more! They have 2 pools(both indoor and outdoor) that are wonderful, a bar, firepits at night, a golf course, game rooms for the children, a gym, meeting rooms, and so much more. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Lancaster.
Everything was wonderful! Brad and Keith do their very best to make guests comfortable from the moment they walk through the door! The rooms are immaculate and the entire house is so comfortable. Their attention to detail is evident in every room! Breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend this B and B if you are traveling to Lancaster!!
By far one the best hotel I have stayed in this area. We're a ATA Martial Arts family and come to the Lancaster area yearly for competition. We felt right at home starting from the time we checked in very polite then to taking a swim to finally resting before the bigday. This will be our hotel for years to come..
nice recent hotel with great rooms. nice and quiet location with a large Wegmans supermarket behind the hotel. hotel clean and confortable. cheap washing machines and dryers to wash all of clothes, 1USD which was perfect when traveling with 3 kids on 3 week holiday
The stay was great, even though the immediate city was confusing with the one way streets. I never knew that Lancaster had a real busy city like that. The hotel itself was nice and relaxing. We had to call a cab for an event we attended and it came pretty quickly.
We initially looked at the Lancaster Arts because it is across from the Meduseld Meadery. The hotel itself is lovely, modern and vintage in one. The rooms, though small, were very comfortable. The restaurant was great and the bar was even better!
Hotel was very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It's location was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room was huge.
Great location, great price when we visited and the hotel was super clean, great room, all new furniture inside. Better than many "luxury" brand hotels I have visited.
It was a great place to be and a good location and there is a great pub opposite it that does good food if you didn't want to eat in the hotel every night
Breakfast was enough, not extraordinary, but you get what you need.
Room was very spacious and clean.
Easy access to Hotel, very comfortable in general.
