It’s was the cheapest I could find. And I know why know. The guy at the front desk was very rude and didnt want to be bothered much. There was more people living in that motel than just visiting. Most couldn’t speak English and had no manners at all. Kids and babies screaming all evening and night. The rooms were appropriate for the price.

There was a power outage due to the storms in Tennessee. Both parties had to leave for most of the day. My sister called later that day around 7pm, was told the power was back on. Was instructed to call the front desk if there were any issues. When she returns the elevator still wasn't working my sister was on the 3rd floor. The A/C was still out, no TV and no hot water. Called to the front desk as instructed several times no one ever answered. Walking down 3 flights of stairs and back up wasn't an option. The other party was on the 1st floor, when they returned, they had no power at all. One of my cousins literally got sick due to the stuffiness/being warm in the room. No one answered or was present at the front desk. it was definitely a miserable night. The power came back on around 4ish in the wee hours. It was almost time to wake up.

The room was very nice, clean and close to the front entrance. what needs improvement is ts the lack of cart to take items to room, update the pizza delivery info in the rooms, and the breakfast was lacking enough items I could eat with my gluten allergy.

We visit Clarksville a lot and actually travel there to grocery shop and see my Dr once a month. It's a great town with something to do for everyone. Lots of tourist attractions, restaurants, stores and a small mall.

We like the town alright …we have friends there and enjoy time with them. However, I made the mistake of thinking that if we paid a bit more for a Comfort Suites Hotel, it would be nicer than the Red Roof we had visited the year before…WRONG!!! The Red Roof Inn was a much better experience. Why in the world would Comfort Suites put a bed right next to a window with NO CURTAIN, when there are Stalag 17 style security lights right outside the window???!!? It was High Noon in the room all night long. I’d ve asked to be moved, but we got in late, we’re leaving early, and had a lot of stuff we didn’t want left in the car.

Cute city not far from Nashville, right near the base, if your kids love the military like ours! Great variety of food choices! The people are interesting. Try to stay off Wilma Rudolph it won’t happen but just plan an extra 30 minutes to get to your destination

I only knew about Fort Campbell, famous for being the home of the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division (Band of Brothers Fame). I'm a military retiree so I like to tour different military installations. Fort Campbell's Post Exchange is one of, if not THE, largest in the system. I wanted to shop there. :) The area has a few of its own unique attractions but it's also 30 minutes from Nashville, which offers a plethora of other attractions.

Clarksville is a "military" town, being close to Fort Campbell. Its main thruway is Wilma Rudolph Blvd., it can get pretty congested at times. There is lots of places to eat and shop. It's not far from Nashville. There are winery's and distilleries that you can tour.

We stayed on our way up to Illinois from Alabama and then liked it so much we stayed again on the way home. Front desk staff happy & helpful. The entire building smells fantastic! Our room was nice, clean, and cozy. The afternoon clerk suggested a new restaurant (2 minute drive just down a little further on the service road) called Old Glory. Great recommendation. I saw several guests enjoying the hotel breakfast, but I didn’t get anything. It was a little crowded as I was leaving.

Professional and friendly staff. This hotel had a wonderful breakfast, and the room was exceptional. I was pleasingly surprised. With all the hotels in the Clarksville area, I always stay at Baymont mainly because of the sweet-spirited staff, not to mention that exceptional breakfast. I am a picky eater, but I love this hotel breakfast. The decor in the room is upscale and clean. For the last two months, I have stayed at a Baymont every week.

It was quite. Except for a random person that pulled up and then knocked on random doors asking for a charger and then pulled off, No one else bothered us, it was like we forgot we were in a hotel. And when I bothered staff for towels bc I missed room service or the couple times I misplaced key, they accommodated me like it wasn’t the slightest of a bother.

Place was clean and the room was a very comfortable size. Breakfast was great and started at 6am which was great because we needed an early start. The staff members we met were exceptionally kind and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I felt that the cost was high but all of the higher rated hotels were about the same for the weekend.
