Breakfast was good. It have a little of everything, scrambled eggs, sausage, seasoning potatoes, oatmeal, muffins, fruits and different kind of drinks. My daughter loves the pancakes machine and I really appreciate the strong coffee 🥰 well made. The iron from my room wasn't work properly and they replaced immediately. Thank you! Staff was nice. They were accommodating with my request to switch from a regular room to a suite without issues and recognizing I was traveling with dogs, they kept me on the bottom floor.
I liked that dogs were welcomed.
I was in Cleburne for a Wood Carving event. JN Long Culture Center worked well. Nice places to eat in town. Enjoyed Giovanni’s. Had no issues getting around town. I have visited Cleburne in the past. The Texas Woodcarvers Guild Museum is nice.

Room was very clean.
Room was very clean. The one negative was the staff response at the front desk when I pointed out the hairdryer for the room was missing. This can happen more often when motels like this one no longer attach the dryer to the wall but place it in a loose bag. The staff stated that there were no other hair dryers available and she would have to call offsite management to resolve. Of course this took time while my wife was already in and then out of the shower before we discovered the missing dryer. I suggested to get a dryer from an unused room and then resolve how to handle in the future.

I was there for a funeral nearby.
I was there for a funeral nearby. Cleburne feels like a comfortable small town but seemed to have lots of variety of food and shopping places. Wish I had time to explore the area more. Didn't care for the toll road but it did make getting up to some locations quicker.

Great little town lots of great places to eat I ate a Pastafina it was so delicious also recommend West Grill. Went to Cleburne,Texas. For a church conference for a couple of days didn't really get to look around the town
The breakfast was outstanding! We stayed at 4 other hotels this summer and Holiday Inn Express had the most food options and the best quality. I had eggs, an egg/cheese omelet, biscuits, gravy, muffins. I'm a big guy and I eat a lot. The staff helping with breakfast was great! Angela was extremely helpful and very nice/friendly. She quickly became our best friend in the mornings! We looked forward to breakfast every morning.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, it was clean ,had a full size fridge that was great ,instead of those small cheap
ones . Also had a counter top stove, which added more versatility, instead of always eating out . truly enjoyed my stay.
Did not have the breakfast but the hotel was very nice and the room very clean. The location was close to quite a few places to eat and do a bit of shopping for necessities.
We stay in alot of hotel's and for the price i thought it was going to be just on,but the place is so well taken care of and spotless and the staff is great
