Actually, I was really impressed with many things, such as the excellent services from all the staff, the peaceful and private atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. The view from my room (Executive Suite Oceanfront) was stunning both in the morning and evening. It made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and that I made the right choice over a major 5-star hotel. Even though there was no TV or other entertainments, I was able to fully immerse myself in the accommodations and atmosphere. Then, the last night here, I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom at night (around 10 PM). At that time, there were no staff were available to help me (there’s no in room telephone for any emergency call). So I had to remove the cockroach out of my room myself. When I notified the staff via Line, all I received was an apology and a thank you for letting me know. When I woke up in the morning, everyone acted as if nothing had happened (there were actually lizards, but that was acceptable and understandable for me). I didn't expect any major responsibility, but compared to hotels with rooms as expensive as 5-stars, I think cockroaches in the rooms are absolutely unacceptable. I think the hotel should handle customer feelings better. The hotel manager or management should be aware of this and have a better approach to handling customer feelings.

I frequently go to Samui for the next door bootcamp FITKOH. And the this is the first time I stay at Cape Vila as it has been a year since they opened. From the moment I booked my bungalow at Cape Villa resort Samui till the moment I left, I was handled by a professional and warm team. They reached out to ensure that they will ensure a car pickup at the airport. I arrived into this warm, cozy, and white spot of a small land of 12 white color with the Bambu touches and vegetation surrounding with a beachfront. It naturally integrated with its surrounding. You are surrounded by an amazingly friendly and helpful team members who are constantly there to offer assistance. The amazing owner - lady Khun Noi - is talented and lucky in selecting those amazing team members. They are led by impressive manager “Krisi”, who is Always there to ensure my breakfast request is met, transportation are provided, beach clubs are arranged, room cleaned and ordered on time, and questions are answered. That could not have been effectively and successfully accomplished without the execution of the remaining team of the lovely housekeeper team - Phyuly, Phyu Phyu, Nanda, Ma myint - pool and beach staff - Wine, Aung - and the major team at the restaurant - manager Nook and the team Chirs, pai and others that I don’t have their name. Try the breakfast that is amazing and the food at the amazing dishes at their beach restaurant and bar. Cape Vila Beach resort’s simplicity a secluded location, though not isolated, makes it my beautiful second home for in Samui. See you soon.

Nicely decorated room. Everything was clean. Manager was helpful when she was around. Staff is friendly and tried to be helpful but its hard when they don't understand English. But everyone was very friendly. We ordered a taxi to the pier. They were on time, very helpful.

It's a perfect getaway for people who want to stay a little away from the crowd. One needs a car or a motorbike to be able to fully enjoy the place. A little remote means a quiet place and more beautiful nature, but it also means some distance to the markets or the beach. The beach is probably 1 km away. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a nice little kitchen outside on the porch, we are missing already our breakfasts there. There are two 7/11 shops nearby down at the main road.

A very ambient,quiet resort set on the beach front. The beach chairs are very comfortable and the best place to chill with a book or take in the amazing views. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is very peaceful and we ordered a taxi or grab to go to dinner in the evening. We had drinks at the Hotel pub one evening. Overall a great stay & value for the rates. The breakfast was sufficient …eggs and fresh fruit/toast/pastries. Handy if you have a motor bike to get around the Island as grab is expensive. .

    Relaxing area, away from major tourist shops so you need to take a taxi if you want shopping mall. Amazing sunsets every day from this side of the island.. plenty of sunset bars and restaurants on the beach.

    The hotel was quiet and far from everything. You either have to rent a scooter or call a taxi. I like the staff at the restaurant in the other side the name ‘ECO’ is only for marketing nothing make sense they serve you an ice coffee in plastic cup with carton straw. The pool is so small and never cleaned. Except for the staff at the restaurant nobody else is helpful.

    A very chill place right at the sea. Bungalows are big and cozy. Of course a wooden bungalow doesn't hold back much noise, but I consider this very charming and the hotel even leaves good quality ear plugs. The owner cleans the beach daily and there are nice bean bags and sunbeds to relax. We really enjoyed this lovely place and would definitely come back!
