It’s very tranquil, and tbf that’s really the marketing push on the property. So if you’re in a couple, and need to escape for peace and quiet, this this is for you. I probably made a slight miscalculation, but having said that I really did unwind - and I probably needed it 😅 I had a scooter as well, which you really need if you want to get off the complex.

This was a very nice resort. The room was clean, AC worked very well, and it was well-sized. The staff was super helpful when asking for advice and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here!

    I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area. I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk. There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant. Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!! You can see the sunset from the beach.

    This side of the island is considered the most alive as it is close to the pier and there are a lot of bars, street markets and super markets. I would recommend it as a convenient option for accomodation.

    The hotel is placed directly on the beach with own sunbeds and access to the pool at the neighbour hotel. It is located in the middle between Thong Sala and Haad Rin, with short travelling time to both places. It is very secluded from the main road and a perfect place to relax and charge the batteries. If you are searching for night life and want things to happen, this is not the place for you. They have their own massage parlor and a nail salon

    This place is on one of the most stunning swimming beaches on Koh Phangan. Such a gem! The weekends however it turns into a party place, which to be fair is what I went for (turns out i'm not a fan of techno though LOL). But it wasn't exclusively techno. Anyway .. the rooms are really close to the parties but pleasantly quiet. The food is great at the restaurant and from Monday morning onwards it is sooo peaceful. Amazing sunrise spot too.

    You would never think to find something so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful in Koh Phangan. This place is perfect if you want a few days chilling by the pool, relaxing in a hammock, or admiring the beach view. We loved it here! Also recommend Ruang Rom Thai restaurant which was our favourite cheap Thai restaurant when here and can walk to from the beach!
