I like how the hotel was so close to the beach and shops. Everything was a walking distance. Room was so spacious and clean. Pool was so nice to get in to refresh and cool down from hot weather. Staff was so nice, helpful and friendly.

In total, we stayed here for one month and we were very happy. We will come back to stay here again after visiting other places in Bali. It's beautiful to have a pool surrounded by a green garden. There are many good restaurants along the street and it's a 7-10 min walk to the beach. We didn't need a scooter as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, that's why we picked it and we were happy with the size and air-conditioning. Good that we had a mini-fridge. It's quiet at night and an oasis from the busy traffic on the streets. Nice, firm mattress. The pillow was a bit too hard for my taste. The staff cleaned our room every day and gave us water bottles every day. We felt well taken care off!

The staff is very kind and always wants to help you and make you feel comfortable. Clean is made daily, towels changed etc. There is also a small kitchinette if you want to cook, you have plates and everything you need. Very close to the beach, we even had an ovean view olfrom the terrase.

    Seminyak was a great location and everything is within a short drive / ride. Scooter transport is definitely the way to go as traffic is often heavy and cars get stuck in it whereas scooters can much more easily navigate the blockages. Scooter hire is everywhere but be warned, this is not the place to learn to ride a scooter. If you don’t know how to ride one, use GoJek. There are some really nice resorts in Seminyak, and they are full service, so it might be tempting to plant yourself at one and enjoy Bali from the easiness of your resort, but I would highly recommend to get out and about in Seminyak and see what the place has to offer.

    Pelangi is a beautiful typical Balinese hotel the location is right on the beach pool is perfect temperature and so relaxing the staff are always so friendly and helpful nothing is a problem the gardens are lovely to sit in and have a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink there is nothing I can fault with this hotel would highly recommend

    Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Cheap dining and drinks. Cheap taxi's or scooters to take you anywhere Wouldn't recommend driving yourself because traffic is organized chaos but fun to experience. Overall a great cultural experience.

    We enjoyed Seminyak. Good shopping and restaurants. We went to Bambu, Sea Circus and Japanese Restarant twice. The only negative comment is the footpaths - sometimes crowded with parked motorcycles forcing people to walk on the busy road. Also footpaths not level and a lot of inspection plates broken, a lot of paving loose and moving.

    Seminyak wasn't what i was looking for.

    Seminyak wasn't what i was looking for. It's overrun with tourists and businesses that cater to mass tourism. Perfect if thats what you want but i won't stay there again. Great food and nightlife options however.

    Fantastic location - beach front. Located in a Quieter area between the super busy Seminyak and Canggu areas but a short scooter ride away from both. The hotel doesn’t have its own umbrellas on the beach. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but a little bit dated. There are a few beach bars just in front of the hotel and very nice and vibey in evenings but not too over crowded. Lovely little nooks and corners around the hotel grounds with interesting stuff to see. Good water pressure in the shower. Hotel pool was nice too.

    I loved the private plunge pool, the extra space of the lounge upstairs, the friendly staff, the decor, the pool and bar and the food and drinks. I also liked that there was a free shuttle to Seminyak Village and that the position of the hotel was close enough to shops, restaurants and the beach but was in a quiet street.
