This is just a wonderful place.
This is just a wonderful place. We were there in August which should be high season but it wasn't too crowded. You of course have to have some tourism so that restaurants and shopping will thrive and for us this is just the perfect balance. Not too many people "in your way" but still enough to have a variety of restaurants, shops and all sorts of services. We will 100% be returning to Ischia... most likely more than once and more than twice.Guest review byGunnar GeirIceland - 10.0
Lovely little town with very good restaurants.
Lovely little town with very good restaurants. Everyone seems to be nice and friendly in this place. We were on foot and enjoyed walking everywhere. Easy to take the Ferry to go to discover Amalfi and Ravello. We felt safe everywhere and many people speak English. A perfect place to relax and take in the culture with little streets everywhere. One never knows where he is going to end up! On foot walking along the seashore is a real pleasure! Easy to get to Salerno from Rome by train.Guest review byMicheleCanada - 8.0
The center of Capri is mostly shopping.
The center of Capri is mostly shopping. We went for a long walk. We enjoyed areas of the island away from the center of town. As soon as we walked away from the tourist shopping, we had the place to ourselves. We saw almost no one. That was a pleasant surprise. We also took the bus to Anacapri. I liked Anacapri better than Capri. Anacapri felt a little more authentic than Capri. I am glad I went to Capri but I don't feel a need to go again.Guest review byKristine2017United States - 8.0

Amalfi is a small and charming town with beautiful architecture and a lovely atmosphere. However, since it’s the central town of the entire Amalfi Coast, it tends to get very crowded — which unfortunately takes away some of its charm. That said, it’s still worth a visit, especially to admire its history and beauty. But I highly recommend exploring the nearby towns as well — like Positano, Atrani, Maiori, Minori, and others — each of them has its own unique character and is often much more peaceful and authentic.Guest review byLiza ManijaLatvia - 10.0
Do your ground work.
Do your ground work. Prices are good, if you match the currency. If not look for the local delis. A little hard to find but great food. The whole place looks old and run down but inside the shops are impeccableGuest review byRosarioAustralia - 10.0
Great views, scenery and nature.
Great views, scenery and nature. A bit tiring due to the stairs. Your hotel's location is important, mine was very well located. Not far from the beaches but still with a very nice view. I recommend the restaurant Donna Rosa, very nice food and elegant place for dinners.Guest review byGAMZEGÜLTurkey - 8.0
Caserta is a pleasant ordinary town.
Caserta is a pleasant ordinary town. The Royal Palce is jaw dropping and it is a 8E return train ride from Naples. With a car, there are many fantastic Roman sites and a spectacular coastline within 30k. The town has quite a number of excellent Pizza restaurants, all competitively priced.Guest review bypaulUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The city is medium and what I don't like but this looks to be Italian style, they close the shops/stores to early ( about 20:30 ) ; for me a place on the sea cost acting like this is unusual !Guest review byPANTEA
