We arrived 4 hours before the official check-in time, but the staff were extremely polite and kindly arranged to change our room so we could check in early. We were very tired, and it would have been difficult to wait in the lobby for several hours. Their cooperation, politeness, and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated.

Location is right near u-bahn, which make it easy to travel. Also there is huge mall across the street. People at reception were friendly and prepared quite room as we asked for. In the hall was free water and apples.

An amazing experience from the moment of our booking. They were very helpful in arranging our airport transfer. We loved the location- just steps away from Old Town and shopping areas. Our room was so clean and extremely comfortable. Another bonus was having room service available for breakfast. We loved everything about our stay here.
