When I arrived the front parking lot was roped off for repaving there was no way to get to front desk besides walking a great distance in heat of approx. 110°. I am a senior and was there alone. By the time I checked in I was light heated and over heated. I was not told in advance about this if I had I would of come at another time. A email should of been sent to customers. I ended up leaving a day early and did not enjoy my visit at all.

The staff was superior, very friendly and attentive from check in to check out. I reported a minor Maintenace issue within about an hour of our check in as we were heading out for dinner and it was resolved before we returned.

The phone didn't work in the room . I was trying to call the front desk .... so I Googled it called front desk, no answer . The ice machine was broken and had to go to the convenience store across the street for a cup of ice .

    We were there for a kid's birthday party and spent a whole day on jet skis they had plenty of cover with table at edge of river, clean bathrooms and a spot to rinse off, after that it was going to casinos losing our money the odd of winning is not good food and drinks was good.

    although it has been 25 years since our last visit, we'd have to say things have changed over the years, but we had a nice time, and we were able to have our kids who are now adults with us who also had a good time.

    I was disappointed that there was no room service.

    I was disappointed that there was no room service. I was only there for the night, as I had a medical appointment the next day in Fort Mohave. I really just wanted to order some food, watch some TV and go to bed. But over all, I had a good time. The AC in the room worked fine, and the bed was pretty comfortable.

    We like to walk and did the Colorado River hiking trail which is very convenient to where we stayed. There are lots of restaurants and parking was easy. No matter where we went we found nice people who seemed to enjoy their jobs and people. I would have liked to be outside more but we had rain but the riverfront is inviting. We ate at Bubba Gumps because we like fish and at Outback for lunch. Both had good food and attentive staff. It is a little farther than I like from where I live (Phoenix) but a good place for an adult weekend.

    There are a lot of restaurants to choose from and pretty good, great views all over the area. Good golf one is a little high in price the rest are good price, Oatman is a place to visit one time. and if you like to gamble

    A nice, somewhat quieter alternative to Las Vegas. The location is very good, on the shores of the Colorado River. Bullhead, Mohave and Fort Mohave, right across the river, offer more amenities, including gasoline at lower prices. Many natural attractions are closeby, such as the Lake Mead Recrearion Area, Oatman, Kingman and scenic route 66.

    i been going for years to laughlin,know Bud at car showroom filmed hin chatting he enjoys a bud light,laughing his name bud now age 90yrs,sad to hear Don died met him twice conversed etc the film movies excellent comfort,,, the room slept well has i referred stayed their before memories etc,sung with tony butala and lettermen 2013 after show, enjoyed buffets value for money

    The pool the friendliness of the pool staff, I room accommodations, The fact that I could get a cup of coffee at 530am. I have been coming to Laughlin for may years, I now watched my son bring her children to Laughlin. I have been used to staying on the river, I did not think I would Like it at ALI but I must say It was a nice surprise, and I enjoyed the hotel.

    It was a surprise! Stayed in Laughlin before and it was second rate ( a different hotel) so the expectations were not high. The Tropicana was clean, looked newly renovated, no smokey smell. Comfortable room. The restaurant staff were a delight. Nice casino.
