We came here for our honeymoon and the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite and it was incredible. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and even on a day when we forgot to request cleaning, they still tidied it up beautifully at night. All the staff were lovely and the hotel itself is gorgeous. We were actually surprised it only has three stars – it definitely deserves more. Everything was truly excellent. Spacious bathroom and one of the best hairdryers I’ve ever found in a hotel. Special mention to the staff member who, during check-out, kindly walked us to the pier under the rain to make sure we got to the boat – a gesture that I’m sure wasn’t part of his duties, but we really appreciated it

Two adults, two kids - the family double room with a porch was excellent - we added an extra bed. Hotel grounds were beautiful. We particularly loved the quiet pool away from the beach. Dusky Leaf monkeys came through daily. Breakfast buffet was a great mix of good thai foods and local fruits and lots of variety. The walk to Phra Nang Beach in the morning before crowds arrive was a highlight. Beautiful spot.

    It is useful to note that there are multiple long boats and piers to access Railay. The safest route is to the east beach from Ao Nammao pier where you can safely park a hire car for a reasonable cost. If you don’t have your own transport, there are various options such as taxis. I ripped a pair of shorts at another pier which is not a great setup.

    Railay was one of my favourite locations during our month...

    Railay was one of my favourite locations during our month long holiday. We stayed here for 4 nights, I would have stayed longer. I loved the laid back feel of the town, everything is in walking distance.

    Beautiful spot for a beach holiday.

    Beautiful spot for a beach holiday. The landscape is totally stunning. Railay Beach is very touristy during the day though, since most boats from the mainland arrive on that side of the peninsula. I would recommend to spend some time walking towards the south beach of Phra Nang Beach which is a lot quieter and has some pretty amazing rock formations right in front of it.

    The majestic cliffs that meet the water are stunning ! Easy to get get boat to phi phi islands and other islands for a day trip . Great freash grilled daily caught seafood on the walking street . Get up early to enjoy this stunning location without the crowds . It gets too crowded mid day

    We had 3 nights here but in truth could have done 2 nights.

    We had 3 nights here but in truth could have done 2 nights. The staff are amazing though. We had a wary flight to catch from Krabi. We were quite worried about making it in time, but the hotel provides a boat and a van on the main Island to take you to the airport. This was not only put our minds a peace it’s also ran so smoothly. All in all worth a visit as the scenery is stunning, but we felt 2 nights would have been enough.

    Beautiful location.

    Beautiful location. Phra Nang beach is a must go to, simply stunning. The beach village is ok, not too much to do but coming to pick a restaurant at the food street. Being on a side resort watching the view was an amazing experience.

    The location is very good, it spreads from the east coast where the pier is, to the west side where the cost you can actually swim in. It is a few minutes walk from the main (and only) street in the island. Everything is close, the facilities are overall kind of good in relation to the standard in Railay Beach. The pool is also very nice and very close to the shore.

    The place the hotel is located in is absolutely amazing. In the middle of the natural park with view to the ocean. The pool and its area have the best view, and the music at the pool also helps creating a wonderful atmosphere. Walking 10 to 15 minutes you are already at 2 of the most beautiful beaches you may have seen: Railay Beach West and Phra Nang.

    Very nice resort close to Railay East Pier, so easy access to Ao Nam Mao Pier in Ao Nang via longtail boat. Lovely tropical gardens around the resort with very friendly helpful staff. Great pool with swim up bar and daily happy hours. Large clean rooms with bathtub. Excellent restaurant, with great selection of Thai and western foods.

    Everything. Great location to both East & West Railay. Staff are fantastic and always very helpful. The resort is beautiful and the beds were really comfortable. I love the fact that there are complimentary snacks every day this is so nice. The golf cart collecting you from the pier. Class resort highly recommend a stay.

    We have been traveling accross Thailand celebrating my wife's birthday and it was the least liked hotel we stayed at on the full trip. I am trying to find something positive about our stay, but it is not easy. I would say it is very close to the East pier, so easy to walk from the boat to the hotel. Just a 3min walk.
