The motel is an easy walk from/to the airport terminal, although you do have to cross a busy main road. Surprisingly good facilities for a cheaper motel-style room. Good wi-fi. The beach is a 2-minute walk behind the motel.

Re-opened in November 2018, The Pink Hotel Coolangatta is a refurbished 1950's boutique hotel, located opposite the beach.
