The best part was the amazing view and terrace, which has an overview of the pool, the ocean, and a peak of mountains. The flat was also fully equipped. Good value. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. There were also some nice touches, such as, it had cooking oil and condiments, appreciated the welcome drink and the bottle of water as well, which was very well received at a late arrival when everything is closed. We were 2 people and never ran out of hot water during showers. There were days when it got loud when kids played in the pool during the daytime, but mostly everything was quiet and peaceful. The internet download speed was good, but the upload speed was very slow. However, i still didn't experience any major issues during Teams calls, which i was very happy about. Uploading documents and photos was the challenging part, but not a major issue. The pool was clean and well maintained. It had both shallow and deep parts and showers outside. The water temperature of the pool was cold. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is free parking inside. The area felt safe, there was a gate outside, and the doors and windos of the flat were also barred. As the doors work with keys and the flat has no alarm system, I would recommend having a safe as well in the flat, where guests could leave their laptops and valuables during long trips around the island. The island itself isn't free from thieves, we (and others) had our cars broken into during a field trip in a parking lot. The police said they get much more reports on home entries than cars, so, it's better to be safe than sorry. Its great that checkin can be done at very late hours as well, since they keys are in a safety lock outside, for which you'll get the passcode, no need to rush from the airport, nothing else needed to be done.

    A small town with plenty of people around using the facilities for their daily life. Not a lot of choice of places to eat but enough the fakily run Spanish Taverna was amazing this I would recommend the best value ever and so friendly. Shut on a Sunday so you are warned lol!!!

    Cleanliness of the duvet they should never happen stained with bloods. We are very conscious of the very clean so we stripped all beds and put them in the laundry and to find that there was blood stains on our duvet cover was absolutely disgraceful, and if I don’t hear back from Booking .com with some sort of compensation, I will put this on TripAdvisor .

    Area was clean, plenty of dining and bar options, lovely beach and friendly. Bit windy when we visited and needed a longsleeve jacket/hoodie in the evenings once sun dropped but it was Easter and Lanzorote is pretty windy for the majority, just more than usual during this trip. Would visit again

    For us the location was king !

    For us the location was king ! A few hundred meters to a supermarket the Albatros & the main strip for bars & eateries, TBH I couldn't have been any happier with the location if I'd tried. And to be fair the host never iterated how close we were to everything !

    Tias is not a tourist town so quite typically Spanish.

    Tias is not a tourist town so quite typically Spanish. It is quite quiet but we enjoyed that and had the option of the busy coastal resorts when we wanted. Tias has a few bars, an Italian and Mexican restaurant as well as a couple of good Tapas bars.

    Very quiet neighbourhood but close to beach and walking...

    Very quiet neighbourhood but close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Perfect for peaceful break but giving easy access to explore the island. Not commercialized like PDC or Playa Blanca but enough facilities to cater for evening out. Perfect for watching The planes coming in! Be aware that if you are near the edge of the airport you do get the noise of planes taking off which can be quite loud but we didn't find it a problem at all. We always now come to this area rather than Playa Blanca as so much more chilled. Several bars showing sports and Irish bars. Recommend Great Wall Chinese restaurant along the seafront -always freshly cooked and so tasty! Takeaway pizzas easy to get in the shopping centre that has sports bars and restaurants.

    The peace, harmony and design that blends in with the Lanzarote scenery and environment. The spacious yet compact accommodation is perfect for a couple/singleton with a lot of space to explore, park and relax. Yet it has all the amenities required for your stay. The friendly owner who went out of her way to make our stay a good one. The comfortable bed, we slept really well!

    I personally loved everything about it, the accommodation was fabulous everything you needed and more. Hosts was exceptional. The location was tequila and beautiful, close to all amenities and very good amenities too. Transport excellent, bus stop very close by and buses every hour down to Puerto Del Carmen also run till very late.

    This place is home from home. Excellent location. Secure, clean, spacious. I have stayed in many places in lanzarote and this has to be the best one. I would highly recommend. The host is amazing and nothing is too much trouble.
