All staffs were very friendly and very helpful. Especially Patrick helped us with lugguage at check in and check out, he went out to a restaurant in person to check availability for us ( the restaurant didn’t answer calls). Very impressed his service.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nunne Boutique Hotel. The hotel is remarkably stylish, literally built onto a section of the amazing 800-year old wall that is a major tourist attraction of medieval Talinn. Our room was beautifully appointed with a truly comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. We loved the copious, delicious hotel breakfast which allowed us to jump start our days of sightseeing. Talinn was the highlight of our three-week Baltic sojourn, a city jam-packed with beautiful things to see in the astonishingly well preserved medieval city and areas of historic interest nearby (do not miss the Soviet relics and memorial to the victims of Soviet communism at the Maarjamäe complex and the ornate Kadriorg Palace!). The Nunne staff were remarkably attentive and helpful (special shout-out to Artem, who graciously agreed to watch our rental car while we had a quick lunch!). And the basement spa is absolutely delightful, with two saunas and a steam room, as well as a wonderful jacuzzi pool. We were truly sad to leave this marvelous hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel matched the old town perfectly- but with modern and comfortable elements! The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. I am sad we only had one night, but we will certainly stay here again our next time in Tallinn!

The hotel is located very close the the main gate to Old Town, great location. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and big, modern with comfortable beds and very clean. Our room looked onto the old buildings of Rotermann, which is a trendy new area with shops and many restaurants. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, preferred eating out.

We loved our 3 day stay here at this Radisson. It was a easy 10 min walk into the Old Town, the English speaking staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast option was well worth it. We stopped at The MEKK bar and restaurant in the lobby for drinks and a meal one night, it was excellent also. We had a superior room on an upper floor with a beautiful view of the Old Town also it gave us access to the top notch spa on the fourth floor.

    The host provided us with excellent instructions on how to get into the courtyard and into the room, with photos at each step. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The location was very good; about 12 minutes to Town Hall Square and 5 minutes to the Telliskivi area. There were 2 good grocery stores within a few minutes' walk and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment included a dishwasher and a washing machine which made life nice.

    Wow! You cannot beat this location and view overlooking Tallinn’s Town Hall Square. This well-furnished, comfortable, modern, and clean apartment was a perfect homebase for our family’s four-night stay in Tallinn. After spending the first eight nights of our trip to the Baltic states in hotels, we were very happy to have a well-equipped kitchen and living & dining room spaces. The property management company is very responsive and helpful. Picking up and dropping off the keys was a simple and easy process.

    Love the location. We came from the port terminal and it seem walkable so we decided to walk to the apartment. It was very walkable even we were dragging our carryon on snow. It is also walkable to Old Town Hall square for Tallinn’s Christmas market, mall, close to cafe and restaurants.

    Great location. Quiet building. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine. No problems with hot water. Two supermarkets only a few hundred meters and one is open 24 hrs. Town hall square only a few hundred meters. The bedroom is unusual as mentioned in other comments but I didn't find it a problem. But if someone is also using the sofa bed then there is no privacy between the two spaces. The bedroom has no windows so there's a cut out in the wall looking into the living room.

    I've visited Old Tallinn many times, but this is the first time I've been truly happy with the location. Our windows overlooked Town Hall Square, the very heart of the Old Town. All the main sights were within walking distance. The apartment was cozy, warm, and filled with sunlight. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive to guests. We plan to rent the same apartment for the Christmas Fair. Thank you for the warm welcome!

    The building itself dates from the 15th century, and the exposed stonework in our room shows that quite well. The common areas are furnished with antiques, a little shabby, but very comfortable.
